Review: A Nice Traveling Companion - I only wish we'd hooked up sooner! I rode my bike every month last year in the Great Lakes region, logging 3000+ miles through 96°F heat, <20°F cold, ice, snow , slush, rain, mud, broken glass, sand, rocks, stickers and doggie doo while battling pain, exhaustion. and at times a runny nose, full bladder and/or lonnliness The duck has definitely added an appreciated element of joy, mirth and whimsy to the above mix. The sunglasses did blow off and got lost on a really big downhill at about 38 MPH but that's probably my bad for not sticking them on well enough or maybe just going too fast (the road did have a 35 MPH speed limit but I didn't see a Do Not Exceed Speed warning on the attachment tape). Several people have commented on my duck (all positive, or at least indulgent), so much so that I started to develop a paranoid fear of potential ducknappers. Since I couldn't find duck security devices/systems on desertcart, I decided to order another duck as a backup/spare in case the unthinkable happens. Also, since I got my duck, the torn meniscus in my right knee has hurt less, more than a mere coincidence?
