This works and conservatory leaks no longer!
Bought with the geo-textile membrane and both really worked! The conservatory adjoining my bungalow had always leaked at both ends of the guttering and repair by a professional hadn't solved the problem. I thought I'd have a go when I came across this product at the end of August. I applied two coats, 24 hrs apart, and would have applied a third, but the weather changed and we had a deluge. Result: absolutely no leaking and a wonderfully dry conservatory - I couldn't believe it! Now November and still dry. NB: This stuff is easy to apply by a complete amateur (me!), but you need to be really thorough and seal absolutely every possible angle where the water might get through, laying the geo-textile membrane right up to the edge of the guttering, as huge amounts of water come off the roof. Can't rate this stuff highly enough!!

If this lives up to its claims then.........
....really really good stuff that's literally may have saved me hundreds for my next holiday. It's a bit too early yet to fan fares and streamers as the real winter test is yet to come. But so far so good to give this product a cautious 3*** stars. The coating spreads easily enough to cover the desired area with a brush and comes off hands easily enough if hands washed with washing up liquid and alcohol solution. It been on my rubber membraned roof for a approx a month and have had a few down pours without any water inlet issues so far. Will update review and star rating when this has been more thoroughly weather tested.

Really good stuff
Really good stuff for cheap roof repair. Iโd probably only use it as a temporary solution however as it does seem to degrade after a few years

Does the job
I order this to paint on my chicken coop floor. Done 3 coats waited 3 days to completely dry and placed hemp down on top and itโs brilliant. So easy to clean the coop and itโs keeping it dry. I have just over a half tin left so goes a long way. Only used for this purpose so canโt comment on anything else but definitely recommend for what I needed it for

Van roof, excellent product!!
Used this to seal my van roof , after ford couldn't find a leak on a 19 plate independence , so far it has sealed the roof and stopped the leak which was mid roof and near electrics , used two coats and did it vertical then horizontal , saved me thousands ! *****

Really awesome product
Product is exceptional. However they used to sell it in the large 20L drum and they have stopped. So it is very inconvenient ordering in the 3.98 gallon buckets. So I hope the supplier is taking note of this as they should be offering it in the larger drum/bucket size

Amazing product that actually works!!
We have tried nearly every type of roof caulking out there. The Texas summers on a metal roof are brutal. This and the paint are the only thing that have held up. They flex and still seal where 2 pieces of metal contact where we have had a roof leak for years... no more leak. It set solid in 48 hours. Application was really easy and forgiving. We put on 3 layers of the paint on the tape just to be safe which surprisingly didn't take very much to do. No running or bubbling found. Even after 120 degree Texas days making the roof well over 150... and it still held. No cracking, running.. nothing. It is our go to now. Well worth the money and the only roof sealant that still seems to work. Mineral oil to clean the brush, easy to apply - just like a thick paint. Dries in 24-48 hours. 3 layers with the tape was enough to handle 7 inches of rain in 3 hours no leaks this spring. Thank you for making this and please keep selling it!

Can be messy, but good waterproofing protection.
It is a relatively convenient waterproofing system, which stops water penetration dead. Painting it on can be messy. We found you really need turps [mineral turpentine] to clean up brushes and spills even though it claims to be water-based. Don't use your best paintbrush for this material - once used for this you wouldn't be able to use the paintbrush for regular painting jobs after. It dried within a day (strong sunshine, 30-35 degrees C/85+ Fahrenheit). I reckon at a more civilised temperature, it would take 2 days. It works well when you've got good access, provided you clean the surface, but there were a couple of situations where access was very tight and we couldn't clean/prepare the surface properly. This sealant has high viscosity, meaning it doesn't stick onto the surface if it's dusty or when we're poking the paintbrush in at a funny angle. It's not proper procedure, but we thinned it down about 50% with turps to overcome these problems, to get the first coat on. Second coat was then easier.
