Ok but not heavy enough
This rope is a little bit underwhelming in practice. My goals for jump rope were/are to learn tricks and get my speed up. Because these are lighter soft beads it just doesn't have enough momentum to execute certain moves. The long handles are nice for beginners and the length adjustment is easy. My suggestion is to go find a hard plastic beaded rope it feels great and functions better as a jump rope.

For My boys
My boys and I love them really easy to adjust, We adjusted one for my 4yr old and he's doing a really good job on jump roping and my 11yr old is getting in shape, Most definitely will purchase again.
