Lovely nori for making sushi, holds shape and easy to use once you get the hang of it. The taste of the nori is as anticipated and of a good thickness for sushi rolls. Perfectly sized for sushi mats and can be halved for rolling little maki rolls. I also like the amount you get for the price!

Ich habe mir diese Nori-Blätter für selbstgemachtes Sushi geholt. Die Packung enthält 40 Blätter, was für den Preis eine fairw Menge ist. Das Rollen hat super geklappt, die Blätter reißen nicht sofort ein, wenn sie etwas feucht werden, Geschmacklich sind sie mild. Ich bin zufrieden und werde sie wieder bestellen.

Excellentes feuilles de nori ! 🍣 Elles sont grandes, bien sèches et croustillantes, parfaites pour rouler des makis ou préparer des sushis maison. La texture est fine mais solide, elles ne se déchirent pas facilement et tiennent bien à la découpe. Le goût est vraiment au rendez-vous : équilibré, légèrement iodé, comme dans un bon restaurant japonais. En plus, le paquet de 40 feuilles est très économique et permet de préparer de nombreux repas. Considerando che l'ho pagato solamente 10 euro, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è a dir poco eccezionale per un prodotto pulito e senza additivi. Aspetti da considerare Essendo una confezione piuttosto generosa, devi prestare molta attenzione alla conservazione una volta aperta la busta. L'umidità in cucina è il nemico giurato dell'alga Nori, quindi assicurati di sigillare perfettamente la confezione ogni singola volta e di riporla in un luogo fresco e asciutto, altrimenti perderai tutta quella fantastica croccantezza iniziale nel giro di pochi giorni. Esperienza d'uso Immagina di avere quattro o sei amici a cena questo sabato per festeggiare il tuo compleanno con un menù interamente fatto in casa. Stendi il riso su questi fogli compatti, aggiungi il tuo classico ripieno di salmone, avocado e formaggio spalmabile, e arrotoli il tutto senza il minimo cedimento della struttura. Il taglio netto del coltello che affonda nel rotolo intatto ti farà fare un figurone assoluto con i tuoi ospiti. Conclusione e consiglio Lo consiglio vivamente a chi adora organizzare grandi abbuffate etniche in compagnia e cerca un ingrediente affidabile senza spendere una fortuna al pezzo. Lascia stare se invece prepari due maki una volta all'anno, finiresti per dimenticare mezza busta in fondo alla dispensa a prendere inesorabilmente umidità. La dritta in più Se per caso i fogli dovessero ammorbidirsi leggermente dopo qualche settimana dall'apertura, non gettarli via. Passali per un paio di secondi esatti sopra la fiamma bassissima del fornello o in una padella rovente: torneranno incredibilmente croccanti e sprigioneranno un profumo tostato pazzesco, un trucco geniale anche se decidi semplicemente di sbriciolarli sopra una banale ciotola di riso bianco.
