Magnesium Sulphate Bath Salts Soak, Muscle Magnesium Epsom Salts, 1kg

I am so pleased that I found this Magnesium Sulphate Bath Salts Soak from 'The Intelligent Health Store' on Amazon. At the time of writing packs are available in; 450g, 1kg, 2kg, 3kg, 5kg, 10kg I ordered the 1kg pack, which was not much more in price than the 450grm pack. The makers say in their listing: "Boost your recovery routine naturally with our 100% Pure Epsom salts, enjoy a calming full-body soak or soothing foot bath to reduce sore tired muscles and increase relaxation. Helpful to reduce muscle tension, soothe aches, and de-compress, with the added benefits of improved sleep quality" they also mention in their listing that: "Magnesium helps ease tension, reduce muscle cramps, and boost serotonin production for improved mood and stress relief, while your body benefits from added relaxation & recovery." So those extra bits of info really gives reassurance to me. Looking at the back of my 1kg package, it provides 3 or more modes/methods of use: So from the back of the package (also see included images of the package), the Total Body Therapy provides: SOAK : 2 cups (500gms) in a warm bath, soak for 20 minutes and let the rich minerals soak away discomfort" SOOTHE : 1 cup (250gms) to 1 Litre of warm water, apply warm towel to the affected area(s) until the towel is no longer warm. FOOT BATH : Pour 0.5 to 2 cups (100gms to 500gms) of salt in a 5 litre foot bath for about 20 minutes. I can see, that, in fact, my 1kg pack could be used up in no time, so next time I will probably go for the 3kg or 5kg size. Thank you again, great product with lots of natural advantages.

These Epsom bath salts are great quality and dissolve quickly in warm water. I found them very relaxing after a long day, especially after exercise or when my muscles felt tired. The bag is well sealed, the salts are clean, and a little goes a long way. There's no strong artificial fragrance, which I prefer, and my skin felt soft after soaking. Overall, this is a good-quality product that offers great value for money. I'd happily buy it again.

I swear these are the best bath salts for sorting out your body , I’m a long distance runner and use these salts weekly , you do get other brands for cheaper in places like b&m etc but believe these are a better quality , you can feel them tingle on your body

Felt so relaxed after a nice long soak in bath . Definitely recommend 👍

I bought this to use as a foot soak. I find that my feet are a lot softer and also it exfoliates the skin on the back of my heels. Very good product.
