Is the adhesive conductive?

the adhesive is probably not electrically conductive. But the aluminum tape most certainly is conductive. Do not use this product to insulate any electrical situation. Just use electrical tape.

Can I use this tape to seal inside top of floor vent in bathroom near tub? Will it prevent water from seeping through?

I am really not sure if it will prevent water seeping in. I used it on an air vent as well. But I believe it's purpose is to make it nice and air tight to prevent hot or cold air leaking from around seams. Might want to ask seller. Maybe use Flex Seal?

Is the two pack 140 yards total?

Yes. Hard to see in the thumbnail pic because the text is dark blue against black, but it does say “70 YDS” on each roll. So naturally, 140 yards when you have two of them.

What's the highest temperature rating for this product?

Had to research it. Tape foil works in temperatures ranging from 248°F to -22°F
