Cartridge leaked all over first time opening package,
Cartridge leaked in the package before opening which you cannot see but when I pulled it out I looked like I had cut a finger off. So much red ink and what a mess. I want a replacement cartridge but one week outside of window for return

TERRIBLE QUALITY, LEAKED EVERYWHERE IN THE PACKAGE, I TRIED TO WIPE IT DOWN AND STILL USE IT, LEAKED ALL INSIDE THE MACHINE.
