URETHANE BAND SAW TIRES 3/4" WIDE BY 11" DIAMETER

Soaked in hot water for about 5 minutes before hand and they were still difficult to install but they went on and have held my blade still through some testing. Hopefully will hold for a while since my Shopsmith bandsaw (second hand or more) is around 30 years old and the original rubber tires just recently blew up in sub freezing weather. Advice would be to make sure you keep the wheel secure be it by removing it or bracing with your feet like I did, and go slowly to make sure the tire doesn't slip off and slam your wrist into a bolt leaving a cut (like I didn't.)

Fits my ShopSmith Band saw perfectly. No glue needed, just do the proper steps to installing. Only thing I don't like is paying almost $10 dollars for something that weighs less then 1 pound (box included) and comes from the U.S. I will be going to eBay next time to avoid unlawful shipping prices.

Works great. Not sure if the silicone will be as durable as the rubber type, but fit better and requires no adhesive. A bit difficult to mount, but stretched overnight went on easily. The longer they run, the tighter they both grip the drive wheel and the blade.

So far, so good. Stretching took some ingenuity...microwaved a bowl of water, THEN inserted a band. Inserted foot wrapped with cloth to prevent cutting, then pulled up hard. Went on very easily, and fits great. I will adjust to a 5 star when I use it for a longer while, but so far it works just fine! (which I did, and it did)

Purchased two, first one broke on first use. Pretty sure it was installed correctly. Have not installed second one yet.
