Is the mastodan’s leg supposed to be difficult to open?

Mine was quite difficult as well.

Does this have the manual to say how to form the megazord.

it only comes with the trex zord only

Does it fit with the original megazord from 15 years ago? I lost the pterodactyl and I'm looking forward to see if these version fits my old one.

No. This model is a bit smaller and also doesn't hold together with the same means.
