126 beautiful affirmations to color, to empty your mind of stress and fill your heart with inspiration! Relax and meditate on positive possibilities as you color artist Deborah Muller's intricately detailed hand-drawn designs. With awesome and inspirational quotes, soothing doodles, and relaxing linework, Posh Coloring: Inspirational Quotes offers creativity, gratitude, and happiness on every double-sided page! Review: 126 pages of Inspirational Quotes with Designs by Deborah Muller – printed on both sides of non-perforated paper - My first coloring adventure with Deborah Muller was her 2016 Coloring Calendar. The calendar is definitely Christian in nature. This collection of 126 pages of designs is more universal. It certainly includes some Christian elements but it also has quotes from others, including Ghandi, as well as just great motivational and inspirational sayings. The designs are very pretty and are fun to color. I find myself grabbing lots of colors and various medium when I sit down to color Ms. Muller's designs. There is so much going on, I feel that I can pretty well do anything as far as color is concerned and it will come out great. The designs are detailed and a good number are what I would call intricate (with some including small areas to color.) I own a couple of other books by Posh Coloring and it looks like they are (wisely, in my opinion) venturing into books based solely on a particular artist's work rather than a subject matter. I love to get a great book with a variety of a single artist's designs – that way I know which book to grab when I am in the right mood. The designs are printed on both sides of a medium weight non-perforated paper. The designs do not merge into the binding nor do they spread across two pages. The binding is glued rather than sewn. You can cut the pages out without losing any of the design but you will have design on both sides of the page, so you should look to see if you are cutting on the proper spot for both sides. I was able to break the spine enough to get the book to lay fairly flat. Most of the designs have finished elements on the sides and/or have a framing line that defines where the colorist can stop. I really appreciate this as it gives my project a good finished look when I am done. There are a few that are open-ended but the majority are well finished. All of my alcohol-based markers bled through the paper immediately. The water-based were rather mixed. My Tombow's did not leak through when I used the brush end. My other water-based markers did not bleed through completely but you could definitely see a shadow of the color on the backside of the page. None of my gel pens leaked through and they did not require additional drying time. My coloring pencils worked great and behaved according to their lead type (hard/soft core). If I decide to use markers other than my Tombow's, I will be giving up the design on the back of the page I am working on. If you want to color with any medium other than coloring pencils, there is a good chance you will destroy the design on the back of the page you are working on (and be sure to put a heavy weight piece of paper or card stock under your work so it won't leak through further.) These are the coloring medium that I use for testing. If there is something else you feel I should be testing, please let me know and I will see if I can add it to my growing pile: Markers: 1) alcohol-based – Copic Sketch, Prismacolor double ended markers (brush and fine point), Sharpies (fine and ultra-fine) and 2) water-based – Tombows dual end markers (brush and fine point), Stabilo 88, Staedler triplus fineliners, and Pentel markers Gel Pens: Sakura, Fiskars, Uni-ball Signo 0.38/0.28 and Tekwriter Coloring Pencils: Prismacolor Premier Soft Core, Derwent Colorsoft, Prismacolor Verithins, and Faber-Castel Polychromos Review: I purchased four so far!! Great book!! - My all time favorite Deborah Muller’s coloring book. Pictures are easy to color with nice details. I also enjoy the positive messages on each page.

My Favorite Adult Coloring Book
I love this adult coloring book. I have a few and this is by far my favorite. The pictures are whimsical and filled with positive affirmations. I bought it years ago but it has been really healing during this crazy year of Covid and 2020. Love it so much I bought a few extras for gifts. Pages are good quality and will provide you hours of coloring with a lot of different pictures to choose from.

Wonderful and No Bleed Through!
I love Deborah Muller's lovely, light and fun designs in this book! I have also given as gifts to others, it's that cute! By the way, even though the pages are double sided, the gel pens DO NOT bleed through!!! Very nice! I will be ordering more of her coloring books soon to be released!

Nice quotes, but pages are double sided
I like the book, because the quotes are very uplifting. The book is smaller than a regular sheet of paper, however, it has a lot of pages. The pages have a lot of details to color. The problem I have with this book is that it's double sided, so you cannot use markers or anything that will bleed through. That's usually what I use to color, so for me it's a bit disappointing. If you like using crayons and colored pencils, then this book would be perfect for you.

Love this one!
Great artwork if you enjoy this way of relaxing. If you like using markers, it does bleed to the other side. The artwork is worth it though.

... have bought other Posh coloring books and been very pleased with them in the past
I have bought other Posh coloring books and been very pleased with them in the past. I was really excited to get this one-- until, that is, I received it and realized several of the quotes in the book are of religious matter. This is not mentioned in the description and I'm honestly extremely surprised it wasn't. Beware, this is apparently meant to be a religious coloring book, and there are mentions of god and prayer in it. Other than those quotes, which I will unfortunately have to skip, the book is very nice and I do like the rest of the illustrations. It's different than what I would usually color, but it's a nice change! One other thing to mention is that the pictures are double-sided. Overall, I would recommend the coloring book, as long as the buyer is well aware of the religious mentions inside!!

I got this for a friend or my Self haven't decided, but, it's so deliciously awesomely scrumptious that I just had to sit down and give a review. It flows it's AweSome quotes into the Fabric of the Fabulous drawing that it makes you just want to climb right in and feel at home and escape into the love and peace and comfort of the moment of experience of the now of it all! So, got to get back to work, thanks for indulging me, and if anyone has any suggestions on what kind of color apparatus to use to bring more life to these pages I would be in your debt.
