its good for diabates i dont have i was diaganozed Pre-diabates in 2019 i reverse that but then i found this on Youtube and i ordered and i feel good then one of our labour Asked me one day he was diabatic and he tried it once and next morning when he came he said i slept well i didnt feel thursty my throat wasnt dry whole night Then i liked it more
