Can you use this for props, will it seal?

Depends on a the prop, it will stain slightly on soft skin.

Will this wash out of hair?

Yes! You just have to use very hot water and maybe two or three shampoo cycles in the shower before it’ll all come out. (I have black/brown hair)

Does it stain skin or floors?

I’m not sure of floors but for skin it’ll stain hands very slightly, my armpits were light pink. Face will be stained a little, it’ll look like a sunburn but will wash out in two days. Hot scalding water and a dish sponge works great to remove body stains.

how bad does this stain your skin/clothes?

I just got mine an my hand still stained I suggest you use a glove honestly
