Epic fail
The football was purchased for an "Angel Tree" gift at church for a child in need and it arrived deflated. Imagine giving a child a flat football. I purchased a basketball from a different Amazon vendor and it too arrived flat, HOWEVER, that merchant included a needle and small pump. Totally acceptable. This flat football merchant should team up with the Grinch before his conversion, they have a lot in common. And yes, I know I could have taken the football somewhere to have it inflated, but that is totally not the point. The point is if I had not opened the package to inspect my purchase, there would have been a totally disappointed child at Christmas. Totally unacceptable.
