This is a great Bench! And I bought it from Amazon Warehouse for about 70 or 80 bucks because of packaging. I had all the parts I needed and the instructions were in the box. It was a breeze to put together. I did it by myself. And it fits nice and snuggly on my 5 feet wide balcony. It is so easy to interchange. You just raise up and pull out to turn it into a picnic table. This was a Deal! I'm so happy with this bench!

I love this item. I had given one a few years ago as a gift, then I bought another one and gave as a gift to someone else. I decided it was time to have one of my own. It's absolutely wonderful for a small patio or deck. The first one I gave is on a large deck, but as a bench fits perfectly out of the way, but when needed becomes a picnic table that easily accomodates four adults. The umbrella hole already made in it is great too for those really sunny days. It goes together so easily and quickly. The directions say you need two adults at one point in the construction, but I put it together alone in my living room one Saturday afternoon watching television. Then easily moved it out the door onto the deck with no problem. I love this product and plan to give a couple more as gifts.

This is a beautiful bench, which is why I give it four stars. Even the assembly is easy (if you have someone helping you), with the exception of the bolts. Any hole that a bolt needs to go through will be recessed, but the bolt still will be barely long enough to get through. Because of this, it was extremely frustrating to try to get any of the nuts to actually get started on any of the bolts. I have pretty small fingertips, and I couldn't even get them in there to start to thread the nut on. One of the pieces was so frustrating, I had to take it to a shop and have the recess bored down about 1/8th"" deeper so I could get the nut to start threading onto the bolt. Keep in mind, the bolts were the only frustrating parts of the assembly. The rest is very easy to put together. As frustrating as it was to assemble those pieces. this is a very nice-looking bench, and I would recommend it to anyone that has a small patio where space is at a premium. This sits as a bench at the edge of my patio and very easily converts to a picnic table big enough for four adults to hang out.

This item is great in theory, but the execution completely failed. The item as a bench is fine enough, but it cannot function as a picnic table (which is why we purchased it in the first place). I don't know if the one we received was defective or missing a part, but the half that folds down to make a table does not sit up right. It completely slides down into an angle, making it impossible to sit on. We even tried to screw something into the side of the table to keep it from falling down, but nothing would work. We made the mistake of putting it together and leaving it as a bench for a month and when the time came to use it as a picnic table, it was too late too return. I am not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but we are definitely not satisfied for paying this much for a tiny little bench made out of cheap wood. The picnic table portion is completely unusable, thus falsely advertised. Awful.

Fairly easy to assemble. A few holes are not pre-drilled and there are a few tiny splinter areas, but for the price I'm not complaining! Sturdy enough for two adults so far; wood is sturdy so at least three adults are probably fine (if 300# each). Put together in the house, but will move to patio. As advertised. Used a level for the short bench support beams. Happy customer!

This item easily serves a double purpose!! It's good for small family gatherings in the backyard and it can also be used as a bench on a patio. I was skeptical at first> i figured because it's so inexpensive that it was going to be flimsy and break as soon as everyone sat down, but I was wrong! It's very sturdy and easy to put together. I would definitely recommend purchasing this item.

Easy enough to assemble, but it is not a sturdy, good quality table, more of a novelty. Every time we use it as a table I worry someone too big will sit on it and collapse it. Most of the time it is on our porch in the bench mode, in which it feels solid.

Bought this in the summer. Assembly took a little time but wasn't difficult. It is a cleaver design and easily converts from table to bench. We had it on our deck in the summer and used it primarily as a bench with cushions and pillows. Use it as a table when we have guests for a picnic. We have moved it to the family room for the winter and use it as an extra seat. The unique design allows it to be more than something you stick in your back yard for an occational picnic.

Perfect size, reasonable finish. Just needs varnishing as soon as you receive it. About 3 coats and she is looking good. Photos were taken after first coat.

The quality of the wood is very poor, not suitable for an outdoor bench.
