For those like me, who suspected they've needed these for a long time but didn't want to commit to a life of celibacy, just buy them. Snoring isn't cute either and these are pretty low profile. Holy cow, what a difference. I honestly didn't know how poor my air intake had gotten until I put these on and could actually breathe again. They don't interfere with glasses. My skin is fairly sensitive and they aren't a problem for me. After the first few minutes, I don't even notice them anymore other than how they've drastically improved my life.

I have trouble breathing out of my nose, so I actually wear these around the clock (unless I'm out in public in a situation where I care how I look, in which case I either wear the clear version or don't wear them at all). One thing worth mentioning (and the main reason I'm leaving this review) is that the tan version sticks to your nose *far* better than the clear version. The tan one can usually last a full day, while the clear comes off pretty easily if I work out or something (and pretty much never lasts more than 8 hours or so). So if you don't care about the appearance (for example if you only wear them at night), absolutely get the tan version instead of the clear ones.

These nasal strips work well. They open up your nose and help you feel relaxed and breathe better. However, the effect is only temporary because the adhesive loses its sticking ability after some time, which is a bit annoying. Overall, they work fine, but next time I would probably try magnetic version…!!

Wow. I was skeptical to try them. After getting a basal cell removed from my nose that closed up my right nostril a bit, I haven't been able to sleep on my left side because it felt like my right nostril was pretty much closed off. This literally opened it up enough to feel like I had totally unrestricted air flow through my right nostril.

Works great to help you breathe during allergy season! Immediately could breathe and sleep better!

These helped myself and partner alot. A little unfmcomforable the first night but got used to it adter that. I do note they are a bit sore pulling off but worth it and never a mark left.
