Simply Fresh Eau de Toilette Spray, 1.6 Fl Oz

I bought this fragrance after literally searching for "fresh scents" no clue what it would smell like. I prefer fresh scents that may lean toward more masculine smells. This was perfect for that, it does have a heavier scent then I expected. If you are not looking for that keep it in mind. For the price you cannot beat it, and the scent lasts a decent amount of time. Thinking of buying the floral kind to give as a gift.

Fake bad mens perfume. I have been using mexx products for decades. Smell dissapear within 10 min which means its fake. Original remain whole day

It’s a refreshing scent with sweet undertones that are noticeable but definitely don’t steal the show. I feel comfortable wearing to the gym or to a meeting. It has that type of range. For $5 it’s a steal that you just can’t match. I’d pay up to 6x the price and still be happy.

When I chose the Simply Fresh spray, I wasn't sure if it was for men or woman. I think it's unisex. I'd love it if there was a little less woody vetiver which would really bring out the fresh/green citrusy scent. But, woody vetiver isn't used exclusively in men's colognes, Chanel even used it in some of their top women's fragrances, even Chanel No. 5. After it dries down, I smell less of the vetiver. One thing I really like is it takes very little for me to smell this and it lasts longer than any other scent I've recently tried.

This has a very nice refreshing sent. I like it very much. It doesn't last a long time on me, like a couple hours.

Initially, it smells to me like axe or old spice- just really strong middle school ‘cologne’ vibes. As it sets into the skin and some time passes, it smells really really fresh, clean and unisex. So, I recommend starting by using sparingly

Mexx Simply Fresh Eau de Toilette Spray, 1.6 Fl Oz I'd not heard of this brand/perfumer before trying this and really didn't know what to expect. Happy to say I really like this scent quite a bit! Upon application you primarily smell fresh lemon. After it dries down you can still smell lemon, but primarily it smells of the ocean. And after several minutes, you smell the full blended scent which is a balance of vetiver, lemon and ocean. It's quite refreshing and appropriate for all genders. Packaging is clean, simple and unisex. Good lasting power for an EDT too! 5 stars Mexx Simply Woody Eau de Toilette Spray, 1.6 Fl Oz Unfortunately I was not as impressed with the Simply Woody scent. It doesn't smell 'woody' at all and doesn't have the lasting power of the Simply Fresh. This one is also clearly aimed at men. On application there's a little spice (probably the rosemary), greenery and fruit. As it dries down, you lose the fruity notes and it's just not as full or complex as the Simply Fresh. Not a fan of this one. 3 stars for Simply Woody.

Mexx Simply Fresh Eau de Toilette Spray, 1.6 Fl Oz OK, I don't know how they can call this one "citrusy" - or how so many other reviewers have considered it a neutral scent. I find this to be a very masculine scent that feels like my dad's aftershave when I was a kid. It doesn't smell bad, but it is nowhere near citrus or a scent that I feel like I could wear without it smelling like I broke into my dad's bathroom... It's also VERY heavy - the scent clings and even a small spray into the room that I walk through clings to me strongly for a long time. That's not a bad thing - I hate when a cologne is lovely but so light that in two minutes you no longer know you have it on, let alone anyone else near you - but I found it surprising in something labeled eau de toilette, and when you couple that with the vetiver-heavy nature of this scent, it makes it a bit overwhelming.
