I prefer a granulated garlic versus a fine powder.** A: It's not as fine as regular garlic powder but not near as coarse as granulated **Q: Country of origin** A: The container only says it was packed in the USA. I hate when they do that. Unfortunately, Badia will have to answer where it was grown, processed, and shipped out of originally. I **Q: Does this roasted garlic contain MSG?** A: I am sensitive to MSG and love this! I also avoid seasonings that add salt as I am not supposed to eat salt either. The only thing the container says is roasted GARLIC. This is a perfect alternative to both MSG and Salt for flavoring food. I use it on most of what I cook. :) Roasting the garlic really changes the flavor from standard garlic powder.
