I bought these because I read that taking glycine before bed facilitates skin cell repair and renewal while sleeping. It also helps you get to sleep and helps you have a cooler sleep because it lowers your core body temperature. From night 1 I noticed a huge difference in my comfort; I slept through the night for the first time since I can remember. I have been taking two capsules nightly ever since. I am no longer waking up because I am hot. I’m not sure how much it has helped my complexion but I feel like I look better after a quality night of sleep. I hope it works as well for others as it has for me! I will continue to use it and continue to recommend.

I’ve been taking 3 capsules before bed and sleeping so well! Most nights I’ve even been dreaming. Occasionally I’ll have a night where I wake up often but way more often I am now getting a great nights sleep. Yaay.

We had read articles on how this could improve our sleep quality. It really works!!! If we do wake up, we’re able to go back to sleep quickly, with minimal effort.

It’s a low dose for glycine, it usually measured in grams as in collagen not milligrams. I take three every night, I sleep so much better with glycine.
