why only 500 mg per capsule plus fillers? that is an inferior product.

This product works very well. My capsules contain 1000 mg of Glycine. You take 2 30 minutes before sleep.

Is this bovine or porcine gelatin?

The container doesn't have any information about source.

How big are the capsules? Soft or hard? I can't swallow anything too large.

Capsules are normal supplement size. They are soft. Not difficult to swallow, but they are not small.

Is this a free form of Glycine?

The label does not indicate it is free form
