As expected. Useful for the starting stock certificate set. Do your research on types of stock so as to add your pertinent verbiage to the backs of the certs by running them through your printer (upside down.) In retrospect, it may be too much material (we keep our minutes in Word docs, fashioned our own bylaws, etc.) but never the less, it is at least comprehensive.

Had everything that was promised, and the step by step instructions really made it a very user friendly process to get the corporation set up.

The case is cool but not $80+ cool. The ‘custom’ label on the outside is printed on cardboard and slipped in. The pages are very outdated probably 80s/90’s and don’t come with instructions. I actually emailed them to see if they had instructions for the material included and they said ‘no’ but they could help me get an EIN for $70. which BTW you can do this for free on the IRS website and it takes 5minutes. The stock certificates are the only redeeming quality however the transfer process doesn’t have any instructions either.

A great value and source.

The product came with all the items needed and quality did not disappoint.As a bonus, the company provided excellent after sales service. The company went above and beyond expectations to address my queries. Would highly recommend and would certainly buy from them again.

Very poor quality product. The binder is flimsy and inexpensive, the plastic material is low quality, the example documents are old (1980 vintage). Another example of its poor quality is, the "Specimen" sample on the first page of the Stock Certificate book is not the same layout size as the actual stock certificates themselves so once you have everything set up to print the front page using the Specimen page it has to be redone because the remainder of the book the certificates are different size - how poor is that. Wish I had purchased CorpKit or something else.

Excellent product and fine support from the producer..You could not ask for more.....Wow !!The Producer called me 2 Times from New York....to make sure they everything was just right !!
