I live in the desert so sometimes it does get pretty warm but for an hour or so I do stay cooler but it’s nice for 20 minutes in the freezer and it’s ready to go again for another hour or so so it’s very convenient and it’s very pretty that comes in different colors. I just chose pink. It went to white on one side pink on the other comfortable wear does not cause any skin irritation at all.
