I’m glad I bought this. This really does cool my neck and my body off. I live in the desert so sometimes it does get pretty warm but for an hour or so I do stay cooler but it’s nice for 20 minutes in the freezer and it’s ready to go again for another hour or so so it’s very convenient and it’s very pretty that comes in different colors. I just chose pink. It went to white on one side pink on the other comfortable wear does not cause any skin irritation at all. It’s a nice fit.

Got the flag design in honor of 250th anniversary of the USA. Great quality product and worked really well cooling us off in the heat. I find it especially helpful during a hot flash. I like the reusable ziptop bags they came in allowing me to keep them clean when refreezing them in its own bag.

It gives a cool refreshing feeling. It doesn’t stay cold long enough. But since I have another piece in the freezer, then I have a back up readily available. I live in Texas. So that’s definitely a very helpful item to wear outdoor.

My husband loves these when working in yard. He rotates them every 30-60 minutes. We are in Deep South so it’s extremely hot right now. They refreeze in no time. He has a neck fan and we love those but you can’t use if mowing grass or anywhere dusty. These you can use anywhere.

I bought this a while back and was praying it would work longer than it has. It's truly very flexible, didn't weigh as much very washable. It worked just like it says I'm just don't think it is me for extreme heated temperatures outside. It didn't have too much of a bad smell, and a more warmer situation the ice will last much longer

I used it to cool myself while watching fireworks on the 4th of July and loved it. 2 weeks later, I wanted to freeze it again for another use, but it was all bursted inside the pouch with strong chemical smelling liquid and gel leaking out in multiple places, from just sitting on a shelf for 2 weeks. Really weird and a bit dangerous. Glad it didnt' burst while using it!

These feel good and fit any size neck because even frozen they are both easily bendable and durable.Unfortunately, the cool doesn't last too long, and when it stops, these items become like an insulating scarf, retaining body heat and feeding it back to you. You have to really keep on top of it because the transition from cooling you to heating you happens fast.My partial solution is that I wear two at a time. I have a long neck but even for me, three is uncomfortable for an active person.My sorta-full solution is that I now have six of these, and I swap them out for each other two at a time so I can keep a constant cycle of cooling going. These are durable enough that the cost is worth it if you're a working person constantly subject to heat stress flattening you out. To me, keeping away from overheating is a health & safety issue. I'm no good to anybody else if I'm woozy from the heat and no good to myself.Note: These lose a lot of their cooling power fairly early. By the time the ice has substantially changed to fluid, you're already starting to insulate your neck with the heat of your own body. These things are nice, but do not work miracles. And they take longer to freeze to a level worth using than some might suggest. I'd say between 40 to 60 minutes to make the bluish liquid turn to bluish ice and then the coldest white ice, depending on your freezer. Forget the fridge, that's useless.Use them, enjoy them, but get plenty, and rotate them on and off -- and quick! Then you'll be getting your money's worth. If you only want to/can buy one or two, don't bother. You need a rotation of two at a time, truly chilled, or the effect is a weak flash in the pan.

They help on hot days getting back and forth to the car. They last maybe an hour but they are helpful

It is comfortable and so easy to use and very effective. I get fierce head sweats ( rivulets from my brain stem and sopping wet hair) as an after effect of the brain and nervous system damage from late-diagnosed European Lyme disease. I use this device several times per day and it makes a huge difference in my comfort because it stops the profuse sweating. I love it. I will be getting another. Brilliant invention.

Really needed this in recent days and it didn’t disappoint. Wish it stayed cold longer, but honestly it does the job just when you need it and it doesn’t take too long to cool down again.

I like the colour and the design of this neck cooling tube. It is useful for people who live in the tropical areas. Convenient to use it as just hang it on the neck, hands free.

Only 4 stars because i thought it froze under tap water - it doesn’t.Lasts approximately an hour. Great for keeping you cool
