Good sound, mic didn't work at first but works perfectly now

Useless, both sets binned within a few weeks - wire came away from one set, cracking on calls on the other. Very poor quality.

Really handy and lightweight. Comfortable and reliable.

Nothing to dislike, sound quality is good and the noise cancelling is great. Volume control works fine although I do use the PC volume to adjust.

I ordered this item, and when I received it and tested it, I noticed that the microphone would not work. I have carried out several tests. The microphone does not work. I am in Africa, far from the UK, so I cannot return the product. But the product is of no use to me if the microphone does not work.

Tutto è ok; in questa cuffia si sente benissimo e si parla in modo chiaro: il tutto senza rumori di fondo.. molto pratica nell'uso del jack diretto al computer, come quando lo si inserisce (in alternativa) all'ingresso delle due casse (già collegate al Pc). Molto utile perché ha la possibilità di usare la chiavetta USB, poiché si può utilizzare la cuffia anche attraverso ingressi USB. Regolazione a parte del volume precisa. L'insieme è un ottimo risultato di una tecnologia per certi versi nuova ed utile.....

Disponen de un micro que se puede adaptar en altura y profundidad para mejorar el sonido, y a la vez disponen de un chip para reducir el ruido del entorno que favorece la audición al interlocutor. Además, incluyen dos tipos de conexión: tipo jack i USB, siendo así más versátiles, además permiten el control del volumen y poseen la opción mute/silencio, siendo la longitud del cable suficiente. I've used these for a few different jobs, and they get the job done. They're quite flexible since you can use them with three different input ports, and the sound quality is perfect for remote work meetings and video conferencing. The one minus is that the headset is a little bit tight right out of the box, but you can loosen them up by giving them some time to stretch.

I use this all day in my home office. It's made well and is comfortable on my head and ears. I didn't realize you can't switch the mic from left side to right side, so that's a bit of a bummer. This wouldn't work for someone that has a small head. I think i have an average sized noggin and have it set on the smallest setting and it's a bit loose. The sound quality is good and I like the mute/volume button in the cord. It came with a neat little stick on cord holder that's come in very handy. It was plug & play and was instantly ready to go. I had to adjust the mic volume on my laptop so people could hear me but other than that, it's been a really good headset for the price. I'm happy with my purchase. Cheers!!
