I don’t take this for weight loss, just a nice benefit when you’re “blocked up.” Since being in peri menopause, I’ve been struggling with regularity. This really helps reset my digestion. I get a little crampy with it but it doesn’t last long. This works better than my probiotics and magnesium citrate. I don’t take it every day, only when it’s been a few days. I take it before I go to bed and wake up needing the bathroom. Highly recommend!

Excellent product, this is my 4 th purchase. This product reduces my waistline and my entire body. I exercise and try to control my diet as well. A great buy, no tummy ache or discomfort.

This is the best! No cramping, no rushing to the bathroom but effectively cleans you out!!

While this product may have worked for some, definitely did not for me. This product did help with my appetite. I eat very small portions and seem to get full rather quickly. Also, this product did push bowel movements, however, they were seemingly out of nowhere. you'll be fine, then next minute you are running to find a restroom. I would also get sudden moments of intense pain in my stomach that would last about 10-30 seconds. The pain the ease up after continued use but I began dealing with extreme bloating. seems like anything I ate or drank caused me to bloat tremendously. The taste is horrible. Overall, the cons of this product by far outweighed the pros for me. I'm a very active male, and I generally eat a decent diet, the bloating was so bad that I looked as though I gained weight from this. It was bad enough to the point that I got worried and scheduled an appointment to verify my health was ok. After research, I found the bloating was caused by this product. While I'm relieved to know it wasn't something more serious with my health, I'm upset to know that this was a wasted $40+. Update 10/23/24- after more research, I went back and discovered it wasn’t this product alone that caused my bloating. So I began using it again but only half the suggested doses and it was a pretty decent product. No bloating, keep me regular. I will purchase again and continue following my half dosage routine.

The way you react to these kinds of supplements is going to rely heavily on your gut biome and diet, etc. I don't generally have bad reactions to food and I eat a fairly whole foods diet with plenty of fiber, but I use this supplement to clear out my gut a little bit and found it to be very gentle and effective for me. I took two before going to sleep one night, and the next morning had a couple of movements within an hour or two of waking up. Over the last 3 days I've used it and lost a little bit of lbage, but my movements are fairly gentle and I'm not holding on for dear life when they come through. I have yet to be horrified at the thought of walking away from an easily accessible toilet for more than an hour, so that's a good sign lol. Give it a shot, just be cautious for the first day or two until you figure out how it's going to affect you.

If you are in the fence about this stuff, just do it. When I’m feeling a little more tired and bloated than usual, I always turn to this stuff. I have purchased this several times over the years, and honestly, I recommend it to everyone I know when you need a good cleaning out.

I have been using this stuff for months and while I used to love it, it seems like the formula has changed recently. It has a different taste when I swallow now, and it is not as effective as it was before this new taste. Has anyone else noticed this? Can we get old formula back??

I'm always skeptical of products with the word "cleanse" in their names. But Inno Cleanse really did the trick. I was feeling a lot of belly bloating and wanted to see if this might help. I was a bit nervous about how powerful it would be, and whether I'd need to be home the morning after taking it, in case I needed an urgent bathroom visit. I've taken it now for two weeks (the recommended time), so I have a two-week supply left for later use. Each morning, I've been pleasantly surprised. Bowel movements are easy and gentle, with no diarrhea at all, and never the feeling of "I've got to get to the bathroom NOW!" A surprising amount of poop, especially the first few days. But even after two weeks, it's kind of amazing how much comes out. And note that I wasn't constipated at all prior to using this product. But I guess there's a lot more stuff in there that Inno Cleanse helps fully remove. I have noticed a slight increase in gas, which is a minor drawback. I'm going to wait a few weeks, and then try it again for another two-week period. Bottom line: I lost about four pounds in the two weeks I took the product. But more importantly, my belly is flatter and clothes fit better. Is it a miracle product? Will it help you lose 15 pounds in two weeks? No. But it was easy to take, produced very positive results, and I'd recommend it highly.

Am taking them now and it does help with tye belly. I have gone down 2 notches on my belt. Taking 1 capsule a day. I'm also combining low carbon diet so I.must say it helps. It not a miracle but it does help. No major side effects at all.

I have been using this product for a year now. It’s an excellent detox especially if you plan for vacation and want to spent more time at the beach. It really works to reduce bloating while enjoying the food you loved!!!

This product is really good. I usually took 2 tablets after dinner at 8pm and everything is cleared out in the morning. Sometimes I had urged in the afternoon as well. I feel light whenever my bowel is moved. One thing for sure, you will give out a nasty fart. Even you can't stand it hahaha
