These are very good vitamins; my children weren't eating well, but since they started taking them, they are eating better.

Used to give my son Mary Ruth , but after 2 months using this vitamins I think this one is much better . He really grew up and in general his immune system got better . I can recommend this vitamins to everyone.

I have had repeat deliveries of this items for years and it's still going strong. My son doesn't love the taste (but who can blame him vs other gummy vitamins)? There are products with more calcium but many have a lot of sugar and they stick onto teeth. This one is a bit hard so watch out for teeth, but he takes his time to eat it so it's OK. I'm not sure if my son's growth was from these vitamins, but I'm glad to provide extra nutrients to help the process of an active growing child. I will continue to monitor as these aren't the most affordable vitamins.

Not sure anymore. 1st and second purchased works. That was on my daughter major growth because she don't have her monthly period that time. Then I stop buying it because its too expensive. But when he monthly period start I purchased again, its been 2 months now but I didn't see any improvements.
