Currently trying different brands of Oregano oil. As a fact, Oregano oil is very potent and burns. This brand in the gel capsules are indeed very potent and ..well, helpful for those people with stomachs of steel. This is the first brand that has given me terrible heartburn. I don't want to waste my money, so not sure what to do with it. Its back to the good old brand for me.

Fabulous Vegan product- oregano capsules do the trick!
Just a perfect product for me - vegan and organic. I use this as an alternative to antibiotics but of course recommend seeing the doc if you are unsure.

I don't think I have felt much benefit so far, as not sure if it caused diareoha, so stopped them. I will give it another go as I had faith in them. Watch this space!

They work well for what oregano is used for. You will have to look it up online. I had to take it during the larger meal, eat half then take the gel cap, then eat the other half of the meal. Yes, there are oregano burps after the gel cap dissolves so keep that in mind. I found it helpful to keep mints available.

Works well for cleanses and overgrowths.
Always take this WITH food as it’s a ‘hot’ oil and can cause burns inside your stomach. This is awesome part of a cleansing protocol for exposure to mold or nasty bacteria. I keep this on hand for those purposes as I had a mold exposure in a public place a few times and didn’t realize the full extent of it until I got a sinus infection. This is very effective to rid the fungus and bacteria from your body. Look up protocols….as effective as pharma antibacs….
