Macodes Petola (Jewel Orchid), Dense Lighting Bolt Patten (Gold Veins), Potted

If you are after fast growth this plant is not for you ,it grows very slow but very pretty. Well packaged Very good customer service

Although this arrived well package led it was way smaller than expected and the leaves were nowhere near the size they look to be in the advertisement. It had two very small stalks with leaves and had the miss around it which when I tried to move the moss one of the slldtalks came out. I’ve used the clear plastic cover that came with it and placed it in water in hopes that it will propagate but doubt it will as it’s very fragile. I have the remainder of the plant in with my other plants and am hoping it will grow-it’s also very fragile so we shall see. I’m not even sure that it’s rooted. It just seems to be a stem with a couple of very tiny leaves just laying on the soul. I’m giving it a chance but must say I was disappointed when I opened it up and saw how small it is. Edited to add-it did not survive

Their customer service was great. I ordered one that arrived broken. I contacted the seller and they quickly sent me a replacement. The orchid is small, but it’s a plant. Plants grow. Overall, I’d say it was a good value with good customer service.

I ended up receiving two shipments after one was delayed by USPS. I would actually have given this listing two stars, but the sellers were extremely prompt and good about sending a second shipment when the first one was at risk in the heat wave. That said, I can't justify giving more than three stars when the plants I received were so much smaller than the one in the image advertising this listing. Keep in mind: the photo I have attached is the contents of TWO packages. Not one was over 1-2cm in size on arrival. One of the cuttings is actually unrooted and has no additional nodes on it, so we will see if it survives in the long run. I've had them for about three weeks now and they're doing well under a cloche, unfurling some tiny new leaves, but these plants grow quite slowly in general so it can be a big deal to receive an unrooted cutting that's MAYBE 1/6 of the size of the advertised image.

The plant came well packaged. The plant was a little warned out, however given 2-3 weeks it began to sprout new leaves. The plant came small and it was a leaf cutting with little roots.

I've grown microgreens bigger than this. I'm no stranger to jewel orchids and needed one fast for my GF's birthday so I took a chance on Amazon. It came well packaged and is healthy I guess but it won't be the size pictured for at least a year or so. Stop false advertising with a picture of a mature sized JO when you are sending seedlings. I actually took her to a local plant shop the next day and let her pick out one that she can appreciate right away instead of waiting until her next birthday.

Picture is deceptive. A very small plant hopefully it has roots. I will not purchase from this seller again. I checked the cuttings there are no roots. Rip off!

Mine arrived pretty tinier tini. Looks really good two months later.
