Used it for making egg tarts. Very easy to clean up, use, and wash. The size of it is decent, but wish it was a bit bigger. Overall good product.

The size is great, and has measurements in inches and centimeters. The rolling pin is very nice and makes it easy for an amateur to make tortillas. The mat is a good thickness and is nonstick. I took a picture that is what I was hoping to see before I bought it (to see dimensions). I looked at several similar sets and I’m glad I got this one.

I like this Mat and roller, I made flat bread with it and it works very well in the limited space I have to use it, very quality made materials, it should last a long time

I ordered this since my old rolling pin was on its last leg, best decision ever! The main issue with my previous rolling pin was the handles kept indenting and damaging my dough. Since this rolling pin doesn’t have usual handles, I don’t have this issue. I’ve been using this rolling pin for a couple months now, it is easy to use and clean. The addition of the rolling mat was very useful! I really appreciate the measurements it provides.

I started baking more with my bread machine and found a rolling pin would be useful with all the stretchy springy dough. Trying to use your hands doesn’t work well (at least for me) and it’s hard to get consistent thickness of the dough to cut out donuts, English muffins,… manually. This pin is great looking (not like my mom’s old fat rolling pin on a spindle with handles on each end. I feel so French that I need a white puffy hat and be rolling out baguettes in a quaint French bakery somewhere. It’s really made a difference in the results I get and lets me get done much faster. The mat is good as well as it lets me contain the flour mess and just wipes off with a wet towel. Nice item to have with the roller and also appears to be a baking mat safe for the oven up to 450F I believe but I haven’t tried that yet. Easy cleaning and works better than I expected so definitely recommended.

Actually purchased this combo mainly for the mat as I am trying to size air fryer pizzas. However it is the rolling pin which surprised me by far- I really like using the flat of my hands which I find gives better control of thickness and shape than the usual roller style. The mat of course is very useful for getting a pizza that fits my fryer but I expected that.

Even distribution of weight and the pastry sleeve comes in handy. What I like is you can roll it all up and it actually fits back into the box it came in.
