The Six Sigma Handbook: A Complete Guide for Green Belts, Black Belts, and Managers at All Levels 4th Edition

I purchased this book as study material for my IASSC Green Belt exam. The methods and techniques in this book are fairly standard and I found only minor differences between it and the outlined curriculum for IASSC.The first few chapters are slow but I believe important. Strictly speaking, however, I think you might skip ahead to the "Define" chapter without too much harm.Even after achieving my certification, I have frequently referenced sections of this book as a six sigma practitioner. It has pride of place on my desk beside my laptop because it plays a vital role in my daily work.Further, the bibliography provides a well-curated list of further reading. This text has been a gateway to professional development. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

I'm using this book to study for a Six Sigma Black Belt certification as determined by the institute. I've reached chapter 6 so far. It's rich in information but not complicated. However, I had to watch few lessons on YouTube to enhance my understanding of certain subjects especially statistics.

The book was in very good condition. And it is sufficiently legible for my studies and for my library. Only a few graphs and Figs in the books were slightly blurry and I had to squint my eyes a bit to read what was in them, because of the poor contrast between grey and black colours in them.

I haven't quite finished this book yet, but it's much more interesting and easy to read than I expected! I hope that this will prepare me well for certification in the near future. I would definitely recommend the book for reading and reference.

I don't have words to describe how well this book has been put together. An excellent guide on how an organization needs to be run in order to truly satisfy all its stakeholders.

Learning Six Sigma for work, this book is overwhelming but a good source for information. If you are studying Six Sigma, you should consider adding this book to your arsenal.

This book was brand new as listed. I have read over half of it since Sunday. I am studying for my Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.
