Great for elderly patients with electrolyte imbalances. Absolutely tasteless!
My mom unfortunately has dementia and it is often a chore to get her to eat and drink the right things to keep her body going. She recently has been in the hospital with electrolyte imbalance, mostly due to low potassium. She hates the flavor of electrolyte drinks from the store and refuses to touch them. She loves ice cold water and this is easy to sneak right into her water without her even knowing it. The unflavored powder is absolutely flavorless and dissolves quickly in water. I add about a half scoop to her morning water and then another half to her afternoon water. This container should last us a little over a month, give or take. I wish that it was a little bit more affordable for an older person on a fixed budget but at this point, it's going to be a necessity so I will continue getting it for her to keep her healthy.

Great electrolyte powder
Great electrolyte powder. It says it’s unflavored, but it has the slightest little taste that isn’t really noticeable. I bought it many times. I highly recommend it.

This stuff is amazing!
This stuff is amazing! I've been intermittent fasting for a month and a half and this helps me get through late night and morning cravings and keeps me properly hydrated. It also helps with headaches from mild dehydration. Taste is very neutral (although my wife thinks it smells a bit, I don't notice it as much) and it has been essential on my weight loss journey. I use about half a scoop in 12 ounces of water and that works really well for my body. Highly recommended!

Potassium
First, let me address some reviewers who rated this product low because they decided to buy a potassium supplement when they didn't need it. IF you get dehydrated easily, work in the sun, sweat a lot, work out a lot, etc. Then you MAY need to replenish your electrolytes, one of the most prominent which, is potassium. If you get muscle cramps, heat exhaustion....potassium. And even if you have a hangover.... potassium. If not... then DO NOT TAKE THIS SUPPLEMENT!!! And do not rate this supplement low because you don't read warnings or take advice from a dr first. I KNOW I need this. I work outdoors in over 100 degrees, in a very physical job. I have been to the ER a dozen times for heat related illness. I have a medical condition which prevents my body from absorbing electrolytes, vitamins and minerals properly. Is people like me, and very active athletes who can benefit from this supplement. Otherwise, a person can get too much potassium and become ill. A glass of OJ has about 500-700 mg of K. This has about 1000mg. So it isn't even really THAT much. Now on to the review. I got the flavorless powder and, well, it isn't exactly flavorless, it tastes like chalk. I nearly vomited. But, because it is such a subtle chalk taste (lol), I am able to mix in flavor. So I was drinking Body Armor drinks before, but decided I didn't want those anymore due to the high amount of sugar in them. So now, I mix 1/3 body armor with 2/3 of this Keto k1000, and it seems to work pretty well at covering up the chalk taste and still getting me the K that I need, with less sugar. So, overall, seems to be working well (K.O.W.). Next time I'm ordering the orange flavor... hopefully it isn't gross.

MISSLEADING. NOT 50 SERVINGS. I measured because I ran out.
I ran out pretty quick and was only using the scoop provided, using one scoop per day, and it had been a little over a month since I opened it. In the past, I used this product a lot so I reordered and so decided to test the volume. I opened the brand new one using the scoop provided and painstakingly measured out how much was inside and turns out that it's literally about 35-37 servings depending on how full the scoop is. Very disappointed and going to write to the company. This is way too expensive for only 35ish days so this will be my last purchase. UPDATE Wrote the company and after one initial response they are no longer responding. Disappointed with not only the product false advertisement, but the customer service. I had been buying this stuff for years, before the new packaging etc. but now am no longer a customer. Save yourself some money and buy ingredients separately.

JUST electrolytes
Not like BRAWNDO, for plants, but good for humans. I get migraines. Have for most of my adult life. It’s taken years to figure out what will trigger them, and longer to learn to avoid them. My wife tells me all the time “READ THE LABELS”… she also tells me I don’t listen to her very well, or something like that. So I read labels. I’m 65 at present, and I work my farm in TN (and do yard work in the state I’m in now) to the point of exhaustion. On one fine day in June two years ago I got a little dehydrated just mowing my orchard in THE MORNING and, feeling a little light-headed, dizzy, walked the 100 yards to my garage to sit in the shade, chug down some water and electrolyte mix, cool down, and it took about ten minutes until I could accurately measure my heart rate at about 180 bpm. It HAD been well above 200 (I took drumming lessons years ago and know what a sustained 240 bpm double-peddle rhythm sounds/feels like). Got things under control, HR about 100, went out and finished the mowing. My cardiologist had a hard time believing that story. A heck of a stress test, and not a hint of angina. But, the next day I had a WHOPPING migraine. Not from the heat, I think, but the sweetener, as it dawned on me that the worst, most frequent MH’s I’d been getting were all during those trips, in the heat, slugging down quarts of electrolyte mix every day (to help with nighttime muscle cramps too). Other products I’ve used had similar effects from other sweeteners, including “the newer generation of natural” sweeteners. That last one had acesulfame. That’s one more added to aspartame, STEVIA, and sometimes just SUGAR triggering migraines (in ME as well as many of my patients over the years). What I LIKE about this product: - very simple ingredients/chemistry - NO artificial sweeteners. - It tastes flat, bland, not sour/bitter/metallic - it mixes/dissolves quickly - very palatable compared to many other products I’ve tried over the years - Amazon expedited the shipment. I ordered in the morning and it was here by late afternoon. What I don’t like: - volume of powder is SMALL compared to container. Not sure all the USDA/FDA/lawyer labeling can fit a smaller jar, but it’s a surprise to open it the first time and think “that’s not much product.” - the price, but to treat a 16 oz bottle of water maybe a dozen times in a week, it’s acceptable compared to cramps, heat exhaustion. Making another trip down in a couple days, temps hovering around 100 F and I’ve ordered another container to take down.

Easily Soluble and Beneficial
I've been using electrolytes for years. Electrolytes almost completely eliminated the night cramps in my feet and calves that I had experienced for many many years before realizing their tremendous benefits. They also help when I'm on a keto diet. I've been using this particular brand for about a year now and like that they are flavor free and easily soluble in water.

Ok mixture but expensive for what it is
The electrolyte mix itself is a good formulation and for me personally it comes pretty close to the exact sort of support I need on a daily basis. It's worth noting however that you truly are paying for convenience here. The individual ingredients can all be acquired in bulk at a low cost. For an upfront investment, one can make an exact replica of this with whatever adjustments they want, for a tiny fraction of the cost. The catch is if you wanted to produce a large quantity of pre-blended evenly distributed powder, for that you need real equipment and a real investment. Still might be worth considering if you need this regularly, though.
