I have been taking FS Magnesium Glycinate capsules for a little while now. I purchased them as I was having trouble relaxing at night which was having an impact on my sleep, and I had heard that Magnesium could help with insomnia. The capsules are large, but easy to swallow. They’re vegan friendly, free from gluten, diary and allergens. I’ve found it easy to fit them into my daily routine and my sleep has started to improve.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews when I buy things, but after researching Magnesium Glycinate for sleep, I came across this brand and ordered some. This stuff is incredible - both my partner and I have slept amazingly well since taking these tablets - good quality, deep sleep every night! Also waking up in the morning feeling like our muscles are totally relaxed. I only wish I had started taking these a long time ago!

As I got into my late 40’s I began to experience muscle pain and then disturbed sleep. I was recommended magnesium glyconate by a health practitioner and can honestly say it’s helped a lot. Previously, an osteopath had recommended magnesium citrate and this didn’t help what’s so ever, but then I guess it depends on the specifics. I have found this brand to be excellent - I bought another through Amazon on running out previously and realised they weren’t the genuine article.

Nice packaging and looks professional, it gives me good sleep but then I have Migraine triggered by vasodilation and these pills are playing with my blood vessels. Soon after I take one or two pills I feel pressure in my head which means my blood vessels are widening or swelling.It is my first time taking Magnesium Glycinate and as I’m aware it should relax the blood vessels.Update: It has nothing to do with this particular brand as I’ve tried another one and it does the to me. It’s just my type of migraine doesn’t suits this type of Magnesium.

Such good quality magnesium that I can’t live without! They most definitely make me sleep so well and if I don’t take them I really notice how it affects my sleep.

I bought these capsules as I heard that magnesium glynicate is very good for nerve pain as suffering from facial pain so I thought why not try these since trying them the facial pain seems less so let’s see if magnesium does work

Packaging looks nice and good quality. No weird smell. Full bottle which I like and it works. Definitely recommend buying.
