I ordered this toothbrush on 4th January 2024, and overall, it’s been a great product. I noticed a real improvement in the cleanliness of my teeth compared to manual brushing. It offers several vibrating modes, which is a nice feature, and it came with extra brush heads—an added bonus! However, in the past week, it has stopped turning on properly. Although it’s fully charged, it only occasionally powers on, and sometimes does so mid-brushing without any vibration or lights. It seems to be turning on and off unpredictably. Despite this recent issue, it was a very good and affordable electric toothbrush that served me well for over a year.

Fine as a basic, budget brush but stopped working after a year. Customer Service is non existent. You absolutely get what you pay for.

It works well, but the on/off button stopped working after about ten months. It became harder and harder to press until it's impossible.

Ho acquistato lo spazzolino elettrico Seago un po’ per curiosità e devo ammettere che mi ha stupito fin dal primo utilizzo. È leggero, maneggevole e si impugna bene, cosa che lo rende comodo anche per chi non è abituato agli spazzolini elettrici. La vibrazione è potente ma non fastidiosa, e permette una pulizia profonda senza dover premere troppo. Dopo pochi giorni di utilizzo ho notato una sensazione di maggiore pulizia e freschezza rispetto ai classici spazzolini manuali. Le setole sono abbastanza morbide da non irritare le gengive, ma comunque efficaci nel rimuovere la placca. Molto comoda anche la modalità di funzionamento semplice e intuitiva: un solo pulsante per accenderlo e spegnerlo, perfetto per chi vuole uno spazzolino senza troppe complicazioni. La batteria ha un’ottima autonomia e si ricarica facilmente tramite USB, ideale anche per chi viaggia spesso. Un altro punto a favore è la silenziosità: il rumore è minimo e non dà fastidio, nemmeno al mattino presto. Inoltre il design è curato e moderno, e la testina si sostituisce in pochi secondi. Gli accessori inclusi sono utili e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero eccellente. In conclusione, il Seago è uno spazzolino elettrico affidabile, pratico e molto efficace. Perfetto per chi cerca una pulizia più profonda e un’alternativa economica ma valida ai modelli più costosi. Consigliatissimo!

Je la trouve parfaitement adaptée à mes dents et très agréable à utiliser au quotidien. Malheureusement, elle est tombée en panne après plusieurs mois d’utilisation. Malgré cela, je tiens à souligner l’excellente réactivité du service client. Ma demande a été prise en charge rapidement et une brosse de remplacement m’est actuellement envoyée. Je suis donc ravie, aussi bien de la qualité de la brosse à dents que du sérieux et du professionnalisme du service après-vente.
