What the title says 144 sprays and the picture and the dtails description shows 72 sprays?

Not sure where you're seeing 144 sprays but the "children's flonase" is only 72 sprays. there is 144 spray one for adults and it's the same exact thing, just less sprays and marketed as a "children's flonase"
