Great Taste but....
Very pricey but I'm ok with that. Uni taste is very strong so use it with a light touch or it'll overpower your food. It is a taste that is not for everyone as it's distinctly "sweet and fishy" but if you use wisely and get used to it, it is a unique and tasty twist on noodles, rice, sauces, etc.

Disappointed
I l've seen review that the bottle was broken, but I didnt expect that to be the case for me either!! As soon as I got the alarm that it was delivered, I opened it right at the door, and the bottle was broken and the contents were pouring down. I never even had the chance to taste it. Even this isn't cheap!

Sea urchin sauce is a winner
I love sea urchin sushi so I thought I would roll the dice and try this sauce. It tastes like puréed sea urchin. Exspensive but unique. It did not dissapoint.
