These magnesium flakes are so much better than straight epsom salt. A soak in this makes you feel like an absolute noodle. I recommend making sure you have nothing to do after a bath in this as you will want to go right to sleep. Also really great for soaking sore tired feet. I work 12 hour shifts on my feet and sometimes they need a nice relaxing soak. Great product, I will purchase again when needed.

If you have used Epsom salt for healing infections or for soaking - move up to magnesium salts. You use less and it honestly makes a huge difference for healing & muscle/joint pain. Can't live without it! Remember to NOT rinse off. If you're dirty, shower first to get clean then run the bathtub to soak. 1 handful is plenty. It's WAY more expensive but totally worth it.
