These will be painful for you to insert if your piercings are not already this size! I have experience with stretching my ears in the past, so I was already familiar with how to work it through a hole that is smaller than 16g, but for some it may be impossible and cause pain, redness, and swelling at the site (this happened to me, my 2nd piercing holes are definitely not 16g but they are now lol, soreness only lasted a day). JUST BE AWARE. Also be aware of cleanliness to prevent infection.If you can deal with this, they're great. The balls are relatively difficult to attach because the bead isn't threaded, but after patiently working at it, they go on and are extremely secure.
