Great chair

I have had this chair for awhile when I first built it one arm was super loose but that didn’t bother me to much. Over time both arms got so loose that it felt like they where gonna brake off. No matter how I sat in the chair it was also really uncomfortable but the chair still lasted a good while. Just tonight I’ve been sitting in it and I needed to move to get away from my desk and the leg snapped all of a sudden now I’m not trying to dis this brand but the built quality and the life sustainability was way to short for $200 I wouldn’t recommend buying this if you want to get into gaming!!! Please be cautious with your money and if you do buy this then make sure there is nothing around that could hurt you in case the chair breaks!!!

I got this as a gift for my nephew and he loves it. It’s great for gaming and really comfortable.

I received this chair as a Christmas gift. I thought it was pretty easy to put together and fairly comfortable for the price point. I don't use the massager or footrest often, but they're nice to have for when I do. After about six months I started to have a random problem where the seat would go down, but it was rare enough I didn't worry about it. Around the nine month mark I noticed the seat was leaning forward and the seat started going down several times a day. I reached out to Zeanus support and got an immediate responses. After sending them a picture of the chair they identified where a weld had broke. They immediately sent me a new mechanism and gas piston that I received a couple days later. Once I installed it the chair was back like it was when it was brand new. I was really impressed with the level of support they provided and would recommend the chair to anyone who needs a good gaming chair.

Works but very poor quality and the seat gets uncomfortable after about a couple months and the arm rests get damaged easily from normal day to day use. Poor quality of the fabric and the foot rests breaks and falls off when secured right.the height isn’t good for anyone over 5’5.
