Will this fit in a 2017 sierra crew cab under the rear seat?

Likely not but you will have to break out the tape measure to find out. It's not like that anybody answering this question has tried that yet

What cubic ft is the enclosure ?

I don't know the exact cubic footage internally but these are the external dimensions. 20-7/8"W x 15-13/16"H x 14-5/8"D1 x 11-3/8"D2. Frequency range is 30-300Hz.

Is the sub svc or dvc?

This is a single 2ohm voice coil.

Can this be wired to run off of a 4 ohm amp?

It is the speaker (woofer) that determines the load put on the amp. This sub and enclosure is wired at 2 ohms. Any mono amp that I know of can run at 2 ohms or lower. Ideally you want that 1 channel amp to produce about 500 watts RMS.
