Dec. 15, 2025, initial review: I received the Éclat Vitamin C serum and cream one week ago. It’s been a great addition to my routine. I’m 59, my dad was a dermatologist. I’m big into skincare and only use products backed by science. I like the consistency of the serum. It’s like water, so it mixes great with The Ordinary Buffet with Copper Peptides and Growth Factor serums. Apply mixed in a bottle, your hand or one at a time. All formulas compatible to do either. Next, I add my Rx Retin-A 0.05% to the Vitamin C cream, so it’s easier to spread the Retin-A (tretinoin). This is so perfect. They are ideally compatible. So far, no burning, redness or peeling with the added Vitamin C products. Make sure you treat your face, neck, chest and hands exactly the same, so none of them give away your age! My goal for the added Vitamin C is to even out my skin tone. I have very minimal sun damage. I haven’t tanned since 10th grade. But, we can always improve our skin tone and texture. The cream is a velvety smooth gel-cream texture, which is fabulous. It’s unscented, also good. The serum dries quickly, absorbs easily, as does the cream. No greasiness or oiliness during the day or breakouts. I use It Cosmetics powder foundation and Maybelline Age Rewind concealer. Both are great and compatible with all the products mentioned, and all available on Amazon. I will update review with results after I finish the first bottle and jar, then again in 3 months and 6 months. Be mindful of sun exposure when using Vitamin C, Retin-A or anything that increases cell turnover, so you don’t get burned, accidentally. I prefer sunscreen with clear zinc, and/or mineral barriers, rather than chemical sunscreens. I think Éclat products are very well formulated and reasonably priced. Results TBD!

Reviewed by my wife: I have extremely dry sensitive skin. So many products have caused such burning/itching and rough, dry, red, peeling patches (and also irritation to my eyes) that I’ve tossed hundreds of dollars worth of makeup, moisturizers, etc., throughout the years. My dermatologist has prescribed several creams and ointments over the years, some that help and some that don’t, most are expensive, and some that my insurance won’t even cover. So as I was considering the Glow Up! Vitamin C serum just as a brightener and softener for my aging skin, I asked Rufus if it was appropriate for very sensitive skin. He told me yes and that the ferulic acid was actually calming and healing for dermatitis flare ups. That alone helped me decide to give it a try. I have been so happy to find that with daily use, it has helped clear up and heal a rough red itchy place on my face just in front of my ear that I’ve been dealing with for about 5 years! Multiple prescriptions and the dermatologist freezing it 3 times have not helped. It just kept returning. But using this serum has been the best thing for my recurrent dermatitis that I’ve ever found. Plus after several weeks of use, I have seen a couple of age spots become less noticeable and it gives my skin that nice moisturized, glowy feel and look. I also use this brand’s hyaluronic acid and it works very well too. Both the hyaluronic acid and vitamin C serums are a tiny bit sticky feeling after application but that goes away after complete drying in just a couple of minutes. With these results and at this price point for the Glow Up! Vitamin C serum, I’ve finally found something that I can confidently use forever!

This product was honestly amazing. It lessens my dark spots, I used it everyday for months. But I am annoyed how they doubled the price while keeping the same little bottle size. So I will be looking for alternatives now.

I love this vitamin c serum not only can it be used on your nails it can be used on you face and neck as well.Its helped brighten around my eyes and lighten the darker spots on my face.It lasts me a good while before running out as well.Will continue to purchase

عجبني السيروم لاحظت نضارة خفبفة لأول استعمال بعد نصف ساعة ان شاء الله مع الاستمرار ترجع النضارة لبشرتي هذا هو ما أعاني منه شحوب وبهتان وخطوط رفيعة بعد 3اسابيع باذن الله اعيد التقييم لكن راضية جدا عن أول استخدام واعطاني نصارة فورية عندي فقط ملاحظة أن علبة السيروم كانت غير مغلفة بالبلاستيك ومحكمة الإغلاق وتاريخ الانتهاء قريب اتمنى ان انتبهوا لهذا الامر

Hello future buyers! I never had real problems with my skin, it was always good and without any spots or redness. Until this year. Not only broke all hell lose in the world but also on my face. Why? I have a thyroid disease that now caused hormonal acne (see my review on Eclat Acne Cream). Along with wearing a mask 4+ hrs a day and change in hormone levels made my skin confused, irritated I would say. The redness was bothering so much now along with 2 huge spots. So I wanted a treatment combination but with value for my money. I found it. By Eclat. I discovered the Vitamin C serum because it was suggested by Amazon to buy along with the acne cream. I had a look, read about the ingredients. Since I have sensitive and dry skin, I needed to make sure nothing would cause irritation. I was sold right away. No harmful ingredients, no harshness. Ok, let's try it! I bought the 2, they arrived only one day later. My routine that I developed was working perfectly fot me and my skin type. The Vitamin C serum was easy to apply and dried quickly. Leaving a nice scent behind. A few days after using, the redness, once so pronounced, faded a nuance. My skin looks healthier and is softer. The scent is amazing, if they would come out with a fragance of this Vitamin C serum... I will buy it. If you want to know my routine, I have reviewed the Eclat Acne Cream where I wrote down my steps. As for this Vitamin C serum: I recommend every last drop of it. Just treat yourself more often and be happy that you are you. I am happier since I have found the serum and the acne cream and I can see that it works. I have pigmentation issue. So far I only tried a fe applications and it has some improvements. Will need to use a little longer. Good value for money and it has no fragrance. It arrived early than expected. Thanks

After much research and looking at other people's reviews, I thought I would be brave enough and order one to try out. It was packaged well and arrived as expected, no delays. The quality of this product is well made and although it's a decent price, it doesn't feel cheap at all. I've been using it for a while now, and has now become my am/pm skin care routine. It's very simple and easy to use. When I apply this on my face and neck, it absorbs into my skin effectively and easily. I don't have to wait for it to dry at all. It feels nice on my skin and refreshing to apply. The product itself has a nice silky texture, hardly fragrance at all, well not for me anyways. And it's not too thick or too watery, as I've tried a few others and it's been very watery base. So it's the right consistency. I did however, had a few issues with the glass suction that takes in the product. It was very loose I thought it might break any time soon. But I spoke to the company about this and they have been very helpful and ensured it was dealt with accordingly. Their customer service was brilliant and they put alot of care and effort making sure their customers are statisfised. Apart from that, I still use this product and will purchase again in the future. I defo recommend this to anyone to give it a ago. I've been using it for a while now, and I haven't had any side effects at all. The price for the bottle you are getting it's amazing and totally worth the penny. I would defo be buying some more and hope others will enjoy this too...because not only will you get a great product in your skin care routine, but you'll also get great customer service from the team behind the product itself.
