It also didn't take forever to dry which was nice. Review: Half of the bottle of varnish just spilled out. - the balloon looks good. Shook 10 seconds as indicated in the instructions. As a result, due to an ill-conceived jet, the varnish is sprayed and at the same time simply poured out of the cylinder. Hands are all in varnish. It is not clear how to launder them now. Everything around is sticky. Half of the bottle of varnish just spilled out. Considering that the cost of one cylinder is almost 22 USD, this is a very unprofitable purchase. I do not recommend anyone to take it. ## Features - Minwax 33255 Satin Finish Helmsman Spar Urethane ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0009XCLIC | | Brand | Minwax | | Brand Name | Minwax | | Compatible Material | Plastic, Wood | | Country of Publication | USA | | Coverage | 100 sq ft/11.5 fl oz | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 1,658 Reviews | | Finish Type | Satin | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00027426332553 | | Item Form | Aerosol | | Item Type Name | Spar Urethane | | Item Weight | 0.92 Pounds | | Liquid Volume | 11.5 Fluid Ounces | | Manufacturer | Minwax | | Manufacturer Part Number | 33255000 | | Material | Urethane | | Material Type | Urethane | | Model Number | 33255000 | | Product Finish Type | Satin | | Recommended Uses For Product | Wooden surfaces, furniture, doors, decorations | | UPC | 027426332553 | | Unit Count | 340.1 Milliliters | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Minwax - **Finish Type:** Satin - **Item Weight:** 417 g - **Material:** Urethane - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Wooden surfaces, furniture, doors, decorations ## Images ![33255000 Helmsman Spar Urethane Aerosol, 11.5 ounce, - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51FEs71LgAL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product for crafters *by S***. on 29 July 2026* Works good and the spray wasn't all over the place. REcommend *by B***S on 7 December 2025* This is the best price I have found for this product. Be sure to allow for full drying prior to adding additional coats, or you will fight the odor bleed-off forever. Factory says 30 days or longer if not adequately dried between coats. It will smell so strong during curing you will get headaches. The spray can provides pretty nice and smooth finish compared to brushed on, with no streaking. Will buy again ## Frequently Bought Together - Minwax Helmsman Spar Urethane Aerosol Spray, 11.5 ounce, Satin (Packaging May Vary) - Pro Grade, Paint Brushes, 5-Piece, Paint Brush Set: Flat & Angle Brushes for Latex and Oil Paints, Stains, Interior & Exterior Home Improvement --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/222919252-33255000-helmsman-spar-urethane-aerosol-11-5-ounce](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/222919252-33255000-helmsman-spar-urethane-aerosol-11-5-ounce) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-11-05*
