Great gadget, love that it's stainless steel

These tongue scrapers are straightforward but really effective. The stainless steel feels sturdy, and they don’t bend or warp like cheaper plastic ones I’ve tried before. They’re easy to use and clean, and I like that the set comes with three, one for home, one for travel, and a spare. The edges are smooth, so they don’t feel harsh on the tongue, but they still remove buildup well and leave my mouth feeling fresh. For the price, getting three durable scrapers is a good value, and they should last a long time.

I have been using toothbrushes to brush my tongue for decades. I switched to this set out of curiosity to see how it compares to toothbrushes. Without a doubt this metal set is far more effective. Why? It takes the white slime off the tongue completely. A toothbrush with toothpaste does not. What works best for me is to use the scraper so the indented, not raised, handle is under my thumb. I use a mirror close up, and can see the white slime collect along the scraper as I drag it down my tongue. I can either wipe the white slime off, or rinse it off, and continue with dragging the scraper down my tongue. My total routine is this: First I brush my teeth with Auromere toothpaste. It is fluoride free, dye free, bleach free, gluten free, non-GMO toothpaste. Then I floss. Then I use the rubber tip gum stimulator to get any bits of food out from under my gums and from the front and back of each and every one of my teeth. Then I use the tongue scraper, then I use a water pik all over each tooth, the gums, and my tongue. As a result, when I go to the dentist, there are no cavities, and no need for professional cleaning. On the rare occasion when I go for teeth cleaning (once every 12 years), there is nothing to clean! This set of three tongue scrapers are a bargain. Although they are inexpensive, I will take great care of them by using Dawn Ultra (the ones that have little yellow chicks on the label) dishwashing liquid after each use, just as I would with a fork or spoon after each use. Our teeth, tongue, lips, and mouth are the foundation of our health. We can look years younger than our biological age when we enter into our 40s, 50s and up. Taking care of oral hygiene is an investment in our lives. I like this set of three tongue scrapers so much I will buy more to give away as gifts with shampoos that have vitamins in the shampoo that stops hair from shedding, etc. This care for ourselves makes life fun! I am rating this set of three tongue scrapers five stars!

I mainly use the big one and it works very well. Its good for stinky breath. Great deal for the low price.
