It really works!
My wife and I were at dinner with some octogenarian friends when one mentioned the product which I had never heard of. Her mother had used it to make quick pudding like desserts for the family back in the day. She hadn’t been able to find it so of course I searched Amazon and there it was and at a reasonable price. I immediately made the first listed recipe (the box of tablets has a great little foldout paper with lots of recipes!) and within an hour or so I tasted my first milk pudding. Easy to make but make sure you have a good thermometer or a great knack for what lukewarm milk means! I highly recommend the product.

Fresh mozzarella is great for game day snacks.
Used this to make home made mozzarella. Makes it more cost effective, fun for the kids and fresh mozzarella is an amazing thing for a snack.
