I got this brace to try out because I am planning a very rocky/climby overnighter to hike next weekend. I have bad knees and can barely get up my own steps to my home some days. Plus I'm overweight. More and more my knees seem to fail when I really need them to agree with what my heart and mind want to do. To prepare for this upcoming hike, I have been doing other strenuous climbing hikes (not what a person with knee pain should do, but I'm not ready to throw in the hiking towel) to condition myself and this last hike was so painful I thought I might need to cancel my plan for next week. I had one more hike to do (today) to prep myself for going over Blood Mountain on the AT...I ordered this brace...it said it was coming the day after my last prep hike, but it came today (prep-hike day) and so I threw the package in my car and raced to the mountain to meet my friends. I didn't even have time to look at the thing, I just jumped out of my car and put the brace on...having no idea if there were tricks to it...it turns out it was very simple to figure out. Anyhooooo the hike consisted of nothing but steps and rocks and stairs and massive upward...then massive downward, where my pain normally happens. I still had to be gentle..i wasn't leaping like a gazelle or anything, but the honest truth is, I felt a smidge of the pain I normally felt. This was a very strenuous hike for me but my knees did just fine. No slippage. The best part was at the end when I saw a puppy, I squatted down to pet her and realized I had fully squatted with zero knee pain. Like I was 30 again (right before it started hurting). Normally after a hike or even if i hadn't hiked at all, I can't squat without wincing. My knees are normally tree trunks after a hike. I have some arthritis and joint pain...basic Army damage, lol. My final thought is that this brace has given me some much-needed confidence about next week's hike over Blood Mountain....and any other hikes after that. Very happy with my purchase. It was nice not to worry about how much farther I had to go, and what will it feel like trying to get back. I could enjoy the day and the company I was with. UPDATE ON HIKING BLOOD MOUNTAIN WITH KNEE BRACE: We did BM heading SOBO from Neel Gap so the hike upward was pretty strenuous. Didn't have any knee pain, since it normally hurts on the way down. Heading down was really great!!! I had very little pain, if any. I go slow and had to sit on my butt to get down some of the rocks, but none of my issues had to do with my knees. I feel like I got my confidence back.

This is a great product as you can adjust it to fit your knee and even turn it upside down to get the right compression. I use mine daily. It is made well of neoprene, so it is thick and you feel the support. You can wear if under pants, not skinny jeans or over pants. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. I have had mine for over a year and it holds up very well. Washable too.

Comfortable and is the right size. I had to go from a medium to a large fit because of my thick knees. First time having one of these devices. Make sure it's tight and snug without cutting off circulation. It will slid down if not tight enough to stay in place.

Prompt delivery and product is excellent.

Velcro doesn't last very long. Straps need to be longer with more velcro material.

I was so grateful to find a knee brace that fits perfectly. I have knee pain ever since I started running and haven’t been able to find the right size. I’m very petite with thick legs and some braces where either to lift mg and uncomfortable or just too small. This is the perfect fit and stays in place even during my workouts. The quality of the material is great, and the straps stretch very well. Overall I’m very pleased with my purchase

I have a really bad knee that needs surgery, but I'm not ready for all that, so I have been trying different knee braces for the last 6 years. I have been looking for medical grade, yet one that does not slip when getting up and down and moving around. They all slipped or made the back of my knee itch. They were all pull-ons too. So I looked for a wrap around brace and ordered this one. I didn't expect much because of the price, cheaper than the others I tried, but to my surprise, this has been the best brace so far. It does not move around, because you can tighten the velcro strap in 3 different areas! Love this brace! It helps support and hold my knee together so I don't feel like it is going to pop out of socket as I move around, and it lessens my pain too! Great product!

Fits well, doesn't slide down. I still feel some discomfort in my knee. For the most part it gives me stability.

Okay. The velcro has lost its adhesiveness in just about a month's use..
