Excellent product. Works well & appreciate that I personally find swallowing all of them at once. Since discovering this brand, I have slept better than I have in years, even when I was prescribed Sleep meds. Sometimes it's a bit pricey, but still cheaper than other brands and I am very pleased with this brand!

I a trigger trauma episode in a hospital right before 9/11 that started me off on the horrible road of panic attacks! I had them for four years of fighting them off but not winning. I went to a hospital website--sound out the wonders of Magnesium GLYCINATE (only that form)---and started taking them. WITHIN less than a week my panic attacks stopped and haven't had one since I started on this (5 yrs.) and I can handle the stressful times we're living in much better. Overall I am feeling much better and this nutrient (I read on line) helps a body use the iron you take! I hope this company stays around for many many years because I don't trust most supplement companies since they aren't inspected/controlled by the FDA!

This is a 4 pill dosage which works perfectly for my husband and myself. I take 200mg and my husband takes 400mg.

Arrived as expected. I take this at bedtime and it helps me sleep..

So far it’s kept my levels where they should be love them easy to swallow I could not swallow my tablets firm so glad to find these and they are working just fine !
