LOVE MY REFURBISHED LAPTOP
I had to wait about a week to receive my refurbished laptop. Read all the reviews and got a little concerned about what condition it would be in when received. I was pleasantly surprised that it arrived in tip-top condition and ready for me to download apps I had on my old computer and immediately get to work. I am so happy to find a great laptop at such an affordable price that works great so far. This was my first time ordering a refurbished product, and I am quite satisfied, especially since I saved a lot of money!

5 Star Laptop hampered by substandard screen (Sometimes)
I've bought 6 of these and they've been great overall except for the ones I've received with HP's "Privacy Screen". The Regular IPS Full HD panel is so much better and easier on the eyes. Otherwise, they're fast, light, have Thunderbolt (ish, more on that later) and have awesome keyboards with minimal board flex. I guess HP was not fully convinced as to Thunderbolt when these laptops came out because if you try to charge solely from USB-C (either via a charger or USB Dock) you get a warning that says HP recommends the normal barrel plug charger. Ultimately, I haven't seen any ill effects from charging over USB-C but just something to keep in mind.

Gf loves it
My gf loves this laptop, it works great. The outside had a silver vinyl wrap or sticker covering it, so I'm not sure if it was scratched, but that's how they sell them refurbished I guess. Battery life is good and everything worked perfectly.

Poor Quality Refurb Laptop Full of Viruses
I ordered an elitebook 840 G6 refurbished. When I first started it, I noticed there were several dead pixels and the fan is noisy suggesting a worn out bearing. I also got an error from Windows which indicated it was not a fresh install. Once I signed in, I received hundreds of warnings from Windows defender about viruses. Shockingly bad quality! Black Friday sales are past now, so I really would prefer a replacement if it can be provided with good quality. I will see how the seller responds.

I want the missing parts for my laptop. I received an HP Elitebook G6 16GB RAM, 237GB SSD.

Excellent Condition.
When reading the description, I guess I missed reading where it mentioned it was "Renewed". I was a little disappointed in myself for missing that but, was very pleased when I opened it to see it was in pristine condition and in good working order. Great for what I need it for at a good price point!

Fast delivery, minimal wear, and no current problems
Came 2 days earlier than the estimated shipping. Only one minor dent and two scratches, but otherwise, it came as brand new. It has been almost a week now, and I have only had one problem, in that the bottom taskbar wasn't opening, but that was fixed with a quick restart. I am mainly using this for light gaming purposes, and have not yet tested a full battery life without the charger, but if you are gaming, expect the battery to quickly drain from 100-0 in 1 1/2 hour(s)

Didn't last a year
Worked great for 8 months, now it won't wake from sleep majority of the time and I have to hold the power button for 10 seconds to get it to hard reboot. It will also freeze, crash, or reboot itself periodically. Not pleased.
