Do you sell a lid for the 12.25" frying pan, and if not, is there a lid you can recommend?

Any frying pan for that sized pan will do. There are lids u can purchase separately that will fit this gorgeous pan. It shouldn’t be a problem finding one. Could even take a trip to a good will store etc And find some nice lid that that will fit it

Saw one reviewer say the bottom of their pan warped - did that happen to anyone else?

I have been using the pan for 6 months and it did not happen. I actually like the pan a lot. Keep in mind it is pretty heavy.

Can it warp? Is it flat for glass top stove

Any pan will warp if overheated. Worse, the aluminum layers can separate from the stainless steel. I use mine on a glass top induction range. The bottom is smooth, but with any glass top you have to be careful not to bang or scratch it. That said, I have no scratches on mine and I use all my Kitchen Aid pots and pans on the range top.
