Poorest quality

I bought this dropper for my formulation on 30th March. Did not open the packet as I was traveling for the entire month. Today when I opened, both the droppers are in poor shape. The bulb are old and broken as you see. Worst purchase. People do not see when they pack the products that in what condition they are. Waste of time and energy and most importantly money.
