RENPHO Eyeris 1 Eye Massager with Heat, Sleep Mask with Remote Control

This is my 2nd Renpho. I've had my other one for 2 1/2 years, and I use it almost daily for my sinus headaches. LOVE it! My first one was expensive, but it can no longer hold a charge, so it was time for a new one. I picked this one because of the remote control. I run mine on silent (HATE the voice!) and I don't always push the correct button to silence it. SO much easier to do with the remote. BUT my remote didn't work! I did EVERY trouble shooting suggestion- checked the battery on my charger check - and it was a good battery (blue light came on) and the blue tooth worked, but the remote did nothing to the device. I reached out to customer service and they told me to return it - and I did an Amazon swap for the same one - and got the new one today - and the battery was dead! Who knows how long it's sat in inventory - Amazon sells a 2 pack for $3, but we had one in our battery drawer and it works!! (YAY!!) I know my daughter is going to steal this when she comes home from college - so I think I'm going to order a 2nd one. It massages right where my head hurts - and the heat is amazing for allergy/headache suffers like me! My husband steals it sometimes, but it's more of a spa-experience for him, for me it's survival from constant migraines!

Really cool looking gadget, fun to open. Came fully charged in a cool, little box that I still keep it in. Has a remote which I haven't used yet but which looks useful. Comes with two USB chargers I think, kind of unnecessary but more is sometimes better! Let's see, comes with a little light gray pouch to put it in. That's for when I get rid of the box. A bit painful around the skull near the temples. Have to adjust frequently while wearing for comfort, which is the worst part of this tool. But that's pretty much the only bad thing. It's possible I may be able to adjust it for comfort, haven't explored yet, but there is a strap so it's possible. Even with the discomfort though this thing is still awesome. Even just a minute or two can relieve eye strain and headache from computer use throughout the day. It contours amazingly to your eyes and sometimes the feeling of it rubbing against your eyeballs is marvelous and sometimes it scares me that it's maybe slightly too invasive (very slight) and sometimes I adjust it again for that reason. But the way it contours to your eyelids is impressive. And the heat feels tremendous and it so soothing. the vibration helps as well although sometimes I don't care for the noise the vibration makes during certain parts of the program. It also has a music track that plays while you sit there and it's not terrible. Not the best quality I've ever had. I think I can even turn it off but haven't played with that yet, so it shows you that it's not that bad at all even for someone sensitive to sounds like me. I don't love the music, but I still have some affection for it I guess so I haven't turned the sound off yet. I'm looking forward to using the remote and hoping it makes turning the machine on and off while I'm using it. Right now Im turning it on then putting it over my head. Luckily the AI talks to you for about 4 seconds and you can put it on then before it starts. But the power button is very subtle and I have some light numbness in my fingers so I struggle turning it off and on when the device is on my face. If you have good tactile awareness and sensitivity in your fingers it'll probably (?) be fine for you. Since you're supposed to keep your eyes closed for 1 minute after use getting that remote working is high on my to do list. Overall, a very enjoyable experience that feels relaxing, is calming, and not scary. Afterwards you will relief and very nice.

I do love this mask! It helps my issues - which are "sinus migraines". When it's bad, strong meds won't touch the pain. A hair dryer treatment, and now this mask, does. I have complaints. Please note - they are petty. The mask is still worth having and using: #1) I have a deeply ingrained bias against machines that want to think for me - in this case, the automatic turn off. And you can not turn off the automatic turn off. I find it disruptive. #2) It DOES have a silent mode, but it's useless because you have to hear the machine talk for entirely too long, and the silent mode doesn't stay off for the next time you turn it on. I would be happy to never hear her voice, ever ever ever again. ...As long as the mask works otherwise! #3) Combination of the above. 95% of the time, the mask allows me precious, precious sleep. When it automatically turns off, that comes to an end. When the machine tells me goodbye, it is even further jarring. I want to dig that little voice box out with a miniature pick-ax. #4) As mentioned, my problem is "sinus migraines". It builds up and feels like my brain is being squeezed. The massage helps. I feel like it would help better if it would roll away from my eyes and nose, instead of toward. #5) I would love stronger heat (the highest setting could be a little higher for me). It's not weak, I just wish it were a little stronger. (Admittedly, I don't want burns!) And I would like a wider distribution of the heat. (Actually, now that I think about it, if it had wider distribution, stronger heat would be needed less.) #6) PLEASE put a switch on a future model. The buttons on it now, especially the on/off etc. button, is entirely too sensitive. (I turn it on before I put it on my head to avoid the loud and already-heard-a-million-times instructions, but so many times I have to re-do it because a hair passed over the button and it changes modes.) HM) I think it is also overpriced, but when desperate.... My husband says I look like I belong on the set of 'The Fly' when I wear it, but I can live with that. TLDR: It IS a wonderful machine. It DOES help tremendously. Adjustments to the current model would be very nice. 💜

Great product. It really does help relax and decompress after a long day at work. The fitment on the eye seems a bit off, like too low on the nose but It's nothing concerning, just a comment. My girlfriend and kids love it.

I suffer from frequent headaches, stress headaches, sinus headaches migraines, tension headaches...you name it, but most commonly, the ones where my temples take a throbbing beating. I cant speak for anyone but myself here, but for being skeptical when ordering, I was completely shocked that not only did they help to alieviate the pain, they completlely ghosted it! Ive used these roughly 10-12 xs since purchasing last month on some pretty excruciating headaches, i take my excederine migraine, & strap this baby on & within 3 min of the 15 min session (I use heat & strong pressure,not a fan of the vibration or relaxing music so i eliminate those but you can customize those areas as well as the time frame, which i believe can be set to 30 min) The remote is a nice touch as well! I wish I could customize it to strictly work just on my temples alone, but maybe then it wouldnt help as good as it does, what do I know? I’ll tell you what I DO know is that it WORKS!!!! The only thing I would like to see is a longer lasting charge to the battery, I get an estimated 3 uses per charging,( on the 15 min setting) but they DO charge quickly so I just stay on top of it, because I never wanna get caught up in a bad head ache w/out these again! I use em to relax as well! Be prepared to give your eyes a minute (as the instructions explain) to adjust after using, due to the pressure from the mask, but small price to pay for getting rid of a headache that had me in tears on minute, to being on my way to being almost pain free 5 min later! I DEFINITLY recommend thes, hope they work as well for you as they do for me! UPDATE: I now own 5 different versions of these from this company. Had to try all the options! I admit it… im addicted to these. Just about the only thing that never fails to relax me, so I don’t just use them for headaches. I love how they came out with ones where you can actually see thru when wearing em! It’s not too much where it’s distracting yet just enough to ease my mind when I hear someone entering the room & I can briefly check out my surroundings (my kids think it’s funny to sneak up on me when I’m wearing them and my vision is obstructed, so the new see thru ones were a game-changer especially when everyone thinks you can’t see. The baby blue pair that have extended the sides as so to cover the temples better when massaging are my new favorite ones. They fit to a perfect snugness and are more comfortable than the rest in my opinion. No matter what version you choose, you can’t go wrong!

I suffer from severe insomnia; specifically having issues with falling asleep (but not staying asleep - that I don’t have issues with). It’s at an all time high and I snagged this on a Black Friday sale for ~$60 total. Definitely worth it now that I’ve tried it. I used it twice on the heat/pressure/music setting and fell asleep the fastest I ever have in decades. I really hope this continues to help long term because I’ve never felt so rested as I do this morning. I tried the vibration but did not enjoy it at all, but could see why some people might like it. I would definitely recommend this to a friend or anyone that has trouble falling asleep or relaxing! I would repurchase this in a heartbeat. Pros: - instructions are super simple - comes with remote, battery for remote and headset charger - pressure and volume are adjustable - voice/music is very soothing - the massage was divine and the heat helped me relax. I melted into relaxation with this. Cons: - when the airbags expand, it is definitely noisy even with the music at full volume. This is unavoidable given the proximity to your ears and because sound transmits through bone conduction. I did not find it distracting and was still able to relax. Some might find it too loud to relax though. - there’s a slight skip or glitch in the music sometimes. Once you notice it, you can’t not hear it. Again not distracting for me but might really annoy other people. - when the massage is over there’s an announcement from the headset that could be shortened; no need to announce the brand name at the end. - normal price is over $100 I believe. I wouldn’t pay that much for it, but it was worth what I paid when it was on sale. I would probably pay up to $75 for it but not over that, and for context I’m not on a tight budget for items like this. Features I wish it had: - I wish you could choose certain massage “moves” to repeat vs. just the standard pattern set. There were a couple that felt like magic that I wanted to put on repeat. - I wish there were a couple of timer options vs just 15 minutes What I haven’t tried yet: - charging headset - Bluetooth pairing - using it over a period of months/years (testing longevity)

Let me start by saying that I don't use this on my eyes; I use it on my forehead. And for that, it's amazing! Really helps me when the migraine hits, y'know? My partner uses it for her eyes, and she enjoys it as well. Here are the reasons why I'd give it 3 stars, though... music: good lord, the music is annoying. The sound quality is blegh, and overall I just don't need this feature. It doesn't remember that I didn't have it on during the last cycle, either, which is a huge problem due to the time limit (I'll get to that in a minute.) The time limit: I know this is in place to protect people's eyes, but it gets in the way for those of us who don't use it there. It needs at least five more minutes to adequately help with headaches. The fact that it stops, and I have to reprogram it all over again to use it a second go, is a big frustration for me. Especially with the buttons being so difficult. The buttons: they are either too sensitive (switching modes in the middle of a massage without so much as touching them) or they don't register touch at all. It can be frustrating trying to turn off the music in the beginning because it'll sometimes take several touches to get it to register. The power button is also finicky, and won't turn on for me sometimes. There have been times I've decided to just give up and go with a hot wash cloth because in the middle of a migraine, I don't want to be fighting with the buttons. If they released a version without music, and with the option to have a continuation (like, "massage complete, run again?") I'd buy it for sure. I do like this thing! But it can be a pain in the butt to get it going. And when you lose a precious minute of your 15 minute massage trying to turn off the tinny spa music, it feels more frustrating than relaxing. Please release a version with better controls!

Surprising good if you adjust it. What seems to work is to make it pretty tight and then just use it on its normal pressure not the max pressure that way it does a good job on your temples without hurting your eyeballs. The music plays by default is cheesy and irritating so each time you use it, you have to press the music button twice separated by like five seconds, in order to mute it. the way you switch the main modes is unintuitive and when you turn it on, it's not in the mode do you think it is, it's missing the vibration. So it is a little fussy. This is exacerbated by having the buttons be so ridiculously hypersensitive that it's easy to accidentally press them when you don't mean to. However overall, I think it's a good device and the heat and the pressure on the temp, etc. honestly, I didn't expect pressure on the temples but it's just what I needed. I've had it for like a year and I sometimes forget about it and then I start having eye strain and I start using it again, it's a nice treat. Plus, I'm probably not the only one who needs a little break from reading, phone and iPad and computer screen, and so it's also a way of forcing you to take a break. So like if in the afternoon, you need to rest your eyes it's a good choice because if you just step away from your computer, but keep using your phone, you haven't really given your eyes a full break. Oh, by the way, the remote control is kind of useless, because when you're wearing the thing you can't use either the buttons on it or the remote blindly; it's probably handy if you're at a salon and the person who's not wearing, it is pressing the buttons to configure it, but for solo use, it's not really handy.

The Eye massager never fails to relax me. It's rather loud, but I get use to it in the midst of massage and often fall asleep during the session.

Ich finde es sehr gut. Zur Entspannung und bei meinen trockenen Augen ist das super. Die Musik ist nicht so der Hammer, aber alle anderen Funktionen sind sehr gut.

15 minuti dedicati a se stessi. il massaggio è gradevole il calore è piacevolissimo. ho acquistato il modello con telecomando, che però se non lo studi a menadito prima, con gli occhi tappati non ricordi come usarlo. il tasto sulla maschera touch non sempre risponde benissimo, certe volte è troppo sensibile, altre non risponde, certe volte parte da solo quando sto riponendo la maschera nella sua custodia, altre se lo sfioro per sbaglio sistemando meglio la maschera sugli occhi cambiando modalità di massaggio. nell'insieme è comunque un valido prodotto sia da regalare che da regalarsi
