Bought two of these several months ago. Used them in the oven to cook chicken wings, bacon, and more - a pair fits perfectly in the baking sheets I got from Costco. Used them to cool cookies and refrigerate homemade granola bars, too. Wash them in the dishwasher and they always come out clean, no fuss. And the biggest thing: NO RUST IN THE JOINTS! I'm buying 4 more so I can line all of my pans at once. These are GREAT!

Nice, heavy-duty stainless steel racks; much heavier than the ones you'll find in a dollar store. The 8.5" x 12" dimension listed is spot-on, and I didn't find any sharp edges or wire-tips on the two racks I bought. Some of the wires aren't exactly parallel, but they're close enough for most every need you'll have. Highly recommended racks - well worth the money.UPDATE 9/13/16: I ordered two (2) of the Nordic Ware Aluminum 9" x 13" Quarter-sheet pans  Nordic Ware Natural Aluminum Commercial Baker's Quarter Sheet  to use with these racks in a smoker. The pans are heavy-duty with a large rolled lip at the top. They're easy to grasp and fairly deep, which is great for my needs. Physical dimensions on these pans are: 9-5/8" x 12-7/8" at the outside edge of the rolled lip. The inside pan bottom measures 8-3/16" x 11-17/32". (it was just a bit over 11.5").THE BIG PLUS - These CoolingBake 8.5" x 12" Stainless Steel Cooling Racks fit perfectly inside the Nordic Ware pans. Now, when I say "perfectly", I mean they couldn't have fit better if the pan and rack were made as a matched set. They fit like they were custom-made just for these pans; all four of the rack's feet sat evenly on the pan bottom w/ little to no rack movement. Not sure if every size will work as well as these did, but this size combo could not have been a better fit.So if you're looking for a quarter-sheet aluminum pan with a SST rack that fits perfectly, then you've found the combo.

Just bought two of these and two smaller ones (different brand) a couple weeks ago to replace some older, rusting, non-stainless racks. Within a few days I received an email from the president of this company to see if I was happy with my order, and if so, would I leave a review since they are a small company. I don't review often, and I am NOT getting anything free from this company, but I was very happy to receive an email like that even before I had a chance to use them, and it's rare to get such service in today's shopping world.With that said we used them that night for the first time to roast some chicken and potatoes and I was extremely happy with the quality of this product. They are very sturdy and have nice cross-members on the bottom for added strength. The potatoes didn't stick at all, and the chicken did a little, but it always will unless using a non-stick surface. With a little soaking they cleaned up easily and I have zero complaints. We used them again a couple night ago, and again, I was very happen with the quality and performance.There are a lot of similar products, in both price and quality, as I leaned from researching before buying these, and I would be more than happy to recommend these racks to anyone in the market for a product like this. If for some reason I lost these racks today then I would replace them with the same product tomorrow without hesitation.

This rack is the perfect size to fit within a half sheet pan - which is exactly what I was looking for so that you can bake or roast elevated but stable - previously I had to use an oversized rack set atop my sheet pan which is clumsy and more difficult to handle (think bacon or roasts for example). The rack itself is sturdy and well-made. Although I haven't put it in the dishwasher yet myself, it is dishwasher safe. It can go into a very hot oven and because of its weight and hardy construction, it not prone to warping. The finish is bright and smooth and the welds are neat. It is made of 100% stainless steel so rust shouldn't be a problem (I think it is key to dry it immediately after washing). The bonus silicone spatula is great - strong but soft and flexible. I highly recommend this rack - don't waste your money on cheap racks that rust, warp, have sharp edges and poor welds - get this one and it will be the only one you need.

Great multitasking cook's tool - Put on bacon strips and roast at 400 degrees for 20 minutes and you'll have perfect straight crisp bacon ... the fat drips away (Same thing for sausages) - Slice zucchini into quarter inch rounds then toss with olive oil and dredge in Parmesan Cheese for a veggie side dish (Awesome for roasting carrots) - Also great for draining fired chicken or warming left overs - Last Sunday we did a pork roast on the rack - The possibilities are only limited by your imagination - Keep your food out of the grease bath - You'll have better flavor and your cardiologist will thank you (well except for the fried chicken maybe)Cleans up easy with dish soap and a brush or pop it into the dishwasher ... can't get easier - Highly recommendedOh! --- You can cool cookies and pizzas too ... air circulating underneath will keep them crisp

Very nice cooling/baking rack for the $. Wished it was a little less expensive. Bought this rack after ordering a more cost effective rack on Amazon which ended up being a sorely disappointing rack.THIS ONE does not disappoint, the stainless appears to be real stainless, the rack had no blemishes on it, no sharp edge and was a decent size gage of metal, and fit my Nordic Ware and Vollrath half sheet pans perfectly. I bought two initially, I liked them so much I ordered 4 more, 2 of which were for my mother as a gift. NOTE: I've owned these for over a year before writing this review. I've used these weekly and they still look like the day I got them.Would order again, as long as the price stays reasonable.
