Bought this product as it seemed like a good deal at the time but although its unopened, it came without the 3.35inch ear spoon. Although it does its job, I won't be returning this but it does suck that it didn't come with the full set.

I was a little skeptical at first, but this ear cleaning tool kit really works! It comes with several different tools — some for scooping, some for gently scraping — and they all feel well-made and sturdy. The stainless steel is easy to clean and feels much more hygienic than using cotton swabs. It definitely takes a gentle hand and a bit of patience, especially the first time. But once you get the hang of it, it’s super satisfying and does a great job of getting wax out without pushing it in deeper.
